The appointment started with me telling her about my skin routine, the products I use and what I am looking to fix or correct during this facial. During the appointment she told me that I have very bad rosacea (something I've never been told in my life) and very sensitive skin. Throughout my 2 hour appointment, she gave me several masks and did several extractions. I've had many facials in the past, and I had never felt such stinging and burning as I did with this one. Once I left, my face immediately started to hurt, it was very stiff and very dry. Waking up the next morning was a nightmare. I looked in the mirror and I had brown patches all over my face. They hurt so badly. I called Janet and she said the reason for this was because of the products I use, the products I specifically told her I used before the appointment began. I made an emergency appointment with my dermatologist who told me I had severe chemical burns on my face. After 2 weeks of topicals and creams prescribed by my dermatologist and them not working, I am now beginning the process of 4 laser treatments. These laser treatments are to correct any permanent scaring and permanent discoloration that Janet caused. Each treatment costs $720 and insurance does not cover anything. Janet will not contribute to this as well. Please be careful with your face and the providers you choose to give you services.

No one greeted me when I came in, but the girl behind the desk acknowledged me after about 10 min. The person I had an appt with was about 15 min late. During the consult with Jaclene I was told I could purchase extra units of Botox since they are on sale and I could apply the coupon towards it. I was offered a free microdermabrasion that afternoon. I had to wait in their office over 2 hours for this visit. My botox injection appointment was today. They were also running late again. At checkout, I asked Rita about my coupon. She said yes we have the $75. That was my paid deposit, not a coupon. Again I explained I had a $100 coupon in file. She then said I can't use the coupon towards botox??? This is the one and only service I signed up for!!!! While Rita offered to "make it up" with a microdermabrasion ... Which I already had... I told her no. I feel like they use the coupon to lure people in and then lied about letting me use it. I don't think I will come back here again. The girls were nice but the waiting and lying about coupon usage has turned me off this place. Like I told her, there's a ton of other places I can give my money to.

I have never missed an appointment in three years of going here. I was told when I signed up that after the first six treatments I would be completely hair free. The saleswoman was very pushy and arrogant but I wanted to do this so I did. Needless to say, after three years I am not completely hair free, probably close to 75%, but I am still pleased as it did make a big difference for me as I can not shave often due to sensitivity. I am annoyed that I was, I feel, lied to about this. Here are some of my experiences: * I was offered a credit card with no interest for a very long time which helps when you're paying alot of money for treatments. * Staff turnover seems to be somewhat high- staff seem to come and go quite a bit. * The girls are friendly and helpful but everyone seems to do things differently and have different opinions on how to do things (how high to have the laser, how often to get it done, which laser to use). Also, no one seems to know how often I'm supposed to come in for treatments (they say around 6-8 weeks in between) and always have ask me. Everyone tells me something different each time so I have no clue. * It's very difficult to schedule appointments for some unknown reason. It takes at least 5 minutes for them to search through available times but they've always found time for me to come in when needed. * I did experience some mild burns after using one of the lasers. I used it before with no problem so I don't know what happened that time. It cleared up in a few weeks but I just requested the other laser for all my later appointments. Overall, my experience for me was still worth it as my hair reduction was drastically reduced but not totally as promised. Since I have alot of very dark hair and bad reactions to shaving, I had to do something. I would suggest you think hard about choosing to do this if you have light hair (supposedly the laser works best on dark hair) or you have no problem shaving or not much hair, etc..
