I asked if the tools were sterilized and he ignored the question. The UV curing lamp was greasy on the inside. 2. I showed a picture of what I wanted, they came out nothing like it. The shape is off and color was not right. I was offered chrome for an upcharge after my service began. I also did not get any of the usual manicure services included. He just pushed back my cuticles and began applying the plastic nails. When completed, I was left with excess hardened gel all over my fingers and misshapen nails despite saying multiple times they were crooked. 3. It's been 12 hours since I got the manicure and 1 nail popped off. The positive is the front desk woman. She was polite and helpful in choosing a color comparable to what I was looking for and helped find my technician when he disappeared.
