Got a full set gel x manicure. I will not recommend this place or be going back…read more 1. The technician's station was dirty. Nail clippings were on the towel and tools out when I sat down. I asked if the tools were sterilized and he ignored the question. The UV curing lamp was greasy on the inside. 2. I showed a picture of what I wanted, they came out nothing like it. The shape is off and color was not right. I was offered chrome for an upcharge after my service began. I also did not get any of the usual manicure services included. He just pushed back my cuticles and began applying the plastic nails. When completed, I was left with excess hardened gel all over my fingers and misshapen nails despite saying multiple times they were crooked. 3. It's been 12 hours since I got the manicure and 1 nail popped off. The positive is the front desk woman. She was polite and helpful in choosing a color comparable to what I was looking for and helped find my technician when he disappeared. When I showed her my nails she was apologetic but no discount or offer to fix them was made. Huge waste of money and time here.

Came in as a walk-in. Older gentleman approached me asking to pick a color and started with my…read morepedi. The same older gentleman wore these heavy duty yellow gloves to do my pedi which I was fine with that if some people hate dealing with feet but then he wore the SAME gloves for my mani! Never took them off. Gross.. but what was more frustrating was the fact his phone was more important than the client getting their nails done. I do not like telling someone in their profession to correct my nail length from one finger to another. On top of that once he put my 2nd coat of polish he just put oil on my cuticles! No final clear coat!!! What? When I got home to check my pedicure...I am disappointed to pay over $100 for no chip mini & pedi just for a mediocre job. Just wow. Never coming back again.

Abby is THE BEST BEYOND WORDS! I've been her client for over 8 years and I adore her…read more I have a short hair style with bright purple pieces and I love how creative she is. She also cuts my husbands hair. I'll never go anywhere else.

I didn't have the best experience here…read more The staff was really nice and helpful, but the way they dyed my hair was so painful. I've gotten my hair dyed about a dozen time professionally. Usually I go to Mario Tricoci, but I moved and I wanted a new place to go. So I found an online deal for a single process color plus a cut for Adagio. I made an appointment and the people were very great. So I have dirty blonde roots and my hair had grown out about three inches (I have long hair and it's probably about 20 inches long), with the rest of my hair a couple shades lighter. The stylist said that she had to dye my ends first and then my roots. So she brushed color on the ends of my hair and then proceeded to rip apart sections of my hair to dye my roots. The dye had made my ends dry and tangly. It was the most painful experience of hair dying I've ever had. The stylist kept apologizing profusely, but it didn't make the pain any less. I've also never experienced this anywhere else, no one has ever ripped apart my hair...I think normally they divide it into sections do the rest of my hair and then dye the roots while in the sections. The hair stylist who cut my hair did a great job. She cut it exactly how I wanted. Unfortunately the experience I had during the hair dye part makes me not want to go back.
