She comes to the privacy of my own home and stays as long as I need her to stay. I have since purchased two more human hair wigs and in the process of a fourth. I have stage 4 cancer so I will be on some form of treatment for the rest of my life. All of which cause hair loss. I'm so excited to have so many options for beautiful custom hair! Life is short who needs to worry about a bad "hair" day. Michele has been a God send for sure. You will love hanging out with her because she is so much fun! What a wonderful way to pamper yourself while dealing with hair loss or thinning.

So after they screwed up the wig, my mom was so upset that I decided to try to find someone else. I randomly called up Michelle and she came out and was easy breezy, understood what we were looking for, super patient, funny, kind and compassionate. My mom is at ease with her, she has super reasonable prices and we didn't feel rushed or like she was scamming us! It's the most amazing experience ever! I recommend her to anyone in need of a wig

I finally came across Revival Salon after a long exhaustive search. Extensions are not cheap but the cost of upkeep was much lower at Revival. I made an appointment and sat down with Meeta to discuss my options. In the sweetest way possible she told me that maybe we could change up my style. I told her that my daughter is getting married in the fall and I just want to look pretty! We came up with a plan and are working towards reshaping my style! Meeta added subtle extensions to give me body and colored my hair a fun shade of red! I have had bangs my whole life to hide an ugly mole and long forehead. She took the time to show me how I should be wearing my bangs! I know that sounds trivial but I had always used a curling iron and she suggested that just by using a straight iron instead, it would help to soften my look. We are going to add a few more extensions for length but I love where we are headed! It's amazing how just having a new "look" can change your whole outlook on everything! Sorry this is so long but I didn't want to write just an ok review! I would highly recommend you give Meeta a call!

Earlier this year, I underwent a hair transplant procedure at this clinic. Unfortunately, the…read moreprocedure was poorly designed and executed, resulting in an unnatural and cosmetically damaging outcome.   I now face the likelihood of permanent scarring, visible textural irregularities, and long-term damage to my temples and forehead. I've consulted with reputable surgeons for second opinions and they all agree that what was done to me is not standard practice for men's hairlines and that many mistakes were made: design, density, and angulation of hair follicles.  I will likely need revision surgeries, laser hair removal/electrolysis, CO2 lasers, etc. to reverse the botched procedure. Any improvement will take years to come to fruition and I will likely have to wear hats and bangs for the rest of my life to cover the damage that was done to me. Don't make the same mistake that I made by getting your hair transplant here. The negligence of this clinic has completely destroyed my quality of life.

This is a follow up to my initial procedure that was done in June of 2022. My first FUE was 3,500…read moregrafts and it was a rousing success. I was very happy with the end result and it looked very natural. Most of my thinning was at the crown of my head and it helped there but after a few years it was clear that it was a little thinner than I wanted. Restore has a guarantee that offers 25% of your initial procedure if you dont see the density you expected (In this case about 875 of the 1,500 I had transplanted were "free"). FYI 3,500 grafts is the largest procedure they can do at one time so it was a two day event and I saw a fair amount of shock loss . I wore a baseball cap for about 3 months (thank goodness for Zoom) and my hair was pretty much back to normal within 5 months (thicker than ever). My second procedure was a breeze compared to the first. Dr Cloninger asked me what I wanted and we agreed to add a bit at the corners of my hairline in addition to filling in the front hairline and the crown with some added density. It was so much less invasive this time around and they didn't even shave my hair down as they did the first time. As I write this, it has been just over a month since the procedure was performed. I stopped wearing a baseball cap after about 3 weeks and you really cant see that I had anything done! I haven't experienced the shock loss I did the first time and the pain is so much less in my scalp. I know this could change over the next month or so .... I will follow up in a few months with an update. It was really pretty easy breezy this time around so my summary on the big question of SHOULD YOU DO IT is... First, you have to look at how old you are and where your hair is in its "thinning" journey. If you are 30, you will most likely experience more thinning unless you are completely bald. This means that although FUE will help, it wont stop the rest of your hair from falling out. This should be factored in to your expectations. I was in my 50s and my thinning had slowed considerably. You become so used to your appearance that you lose track of just how thin your hair was before you do it. I saw a pic just prior to the first procedure and compared it to one of me one year later and the difference is pretty amazing. Nobody has said anything...a few guys in the office have said "your hair looks great...what have you been doing"? It's natural looking and I am so glad that I chose to do it. Even if I didnt have the second procedure, I would have been 100% happy . I just wanted to have it PERFECT. I will follow up in a few months but if your only objection is "it's expensive", would you expect something that literally can change your whole outlook on life to be cheap? I know not everyone will see the same results but mine have been outstanding and I expect it to get even better. Kudos to the Restore team for delivering on their satisfaction guarantee because for the amount that I paid...it should be perfect. More to come....

Thereafter I moved out of state and unfortunately developed alopecia and have lost all my body hair. Instead of being a business with morals, they insist on charging me $3,500 because I can no longer have their procedure. They refer to the "contract" which they electronically applied my signature to. I offered to pay them $1,000 and refund me my balance, but that's not good enough. They are insisting on charging me the $3,500 for nothing. Now I will need to hire an attorney and file a civil suit to obtain a fair judgement. My advice is to never give this business a large deposit because they will try to keep the money without reason. Avoid this hassle with this business. Their business practices are unreasonable.

I knew from the first five minutes of my Zoom consultation with Dr. Khatib that he was "the guy." I could tell immediately how much he cared about his work. He spoke about the procedure and his career with a level of passion you rarely find. It's always a pleasure to listen to someone talk about something they truly love doing. I was an out-of-town patient, and the staff at CHI made sure I was well prepared for the entire procedure and my stay in Illinois. At the consultation, he walked me through every step, and together we decided on placement, style, and density. I even had an unusual request that he'd never heard before -- not only was he open-minded about it, he was genuinely excited. Dr. Khatib was professional, competent, and just super cool overall. If he wasn't my doctor, I'd want to be his friend. The procedure itself was a breeze. They made sure I was comfortable and pain-free the whole time. I'm only about 60 hours out from surgery, and so far zero discomfort. The rest of the staff were all lovely, with that great sense of humor you can only find in Chicago girls. Getting a hair transplant initially felt embarassing and kind of weird. I'd never had cosmetic surgery before, and in my head there was a bit of a stigma around it. Not once did I feel uncomfortable during my entire time at CHI. I could tell immediately after the surgery that the plan Dr. Khatib laid out was perfect. I'd recommend him to anyone considering the procedure, and I'd urge middle-aged men like myself to go natural and conservative with the hairline you choose. Another thing that's special about Chicago Hair Institute is that Dr. Khatib harvests and places each individual follicle himself. After doing some research, I learned this is rare and time-consuming, and not the standard at many other clinics that use multiple technicians to speed up the process. The doctors at CHI are artists who take pride in their work. Much respect to Dr. Konior for building a clinic that caters so well to its clients, and for hiring incredible physicians like Dr. Khatib. Also, it was way cheaper than I expected going in. Your experience may vary depending on your hair and genetics, but I was pleasantly surprised. You get what you pay for, and I'm glad I spent a bit more to stay in the U.S., communicate in my native language with the person doing surgery on my head, and skip an international flight home with bandages still on. I really can't say enough good things about the whole experience, and I will gladly tell anyone who will listen that I got a hair transplant and I got it at the Chicago Hair Institute. Might even go back just to say hi to the crew and fill a small patchy spot in my beard. I'm starting to understand why people can get "addicted" to cosmetic surgery, I feel great. Also, I'll gladly leave before and after photos if anyone is interested. In a couple of months when my hair grows back.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and was honest and straightforward throughout the entire process. I never felt like I was being sold something or pressured into a decision. One thing that really stood out was how much time he spent designing my hairline. I originally wanted to lower it more, but he explained why that wasn't the best approach and focused on creating something that would look natural/ best for my face, and age well. Looking back, I'm so glad I trusted him. He was meticulous and thoughtful, and it was obvious he genuinely cared about getting it right. The procedure itself went flawlessly. Everything was clean, organized, and professional. Dr. Khatib personally placed the grafts, and the level of care and precision he put into his work was honestly impressive. So far, my healing has been smooth, my donor area looks great, and I'm falling more in love with my hairline every day. It's still early, but I couldn't be happier with how things are progressing. More than anything, I'm just grateful I found him. Dr. Khatib is not only incredibly talented at what he does, but he's also kind, genuine, and the type of doctor who makes you feel completely comfortable putting your trust in him. The entire staff was wonderful as well. I can't recommend them highly enough.
