Dr. Suwan was kind and informative about what options there were, how they differ, and which would be best for what I was looking to achieve (minimize 11's and forehead lines). When I called, I was told I needed a second syringe and that this had supposedly been discussed during my visit. I went back, and instead of addressing why the filler didn't last, she tried to sell me a third syringe, commenting that my smile was "very wide." Once again, the results faded within a month. In February 2026, I went to a different injector (BRN, RN). She was thorough, gentle, and professional. She couldn't even feel any prior filler in my lips. I received one syringe, had no bruising, minimal swelling, and loved the results. The difference in skill and professionalism was night and day. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider.

I'm extremely disappointed with this location and how my situation has been handled from start to…read morefinish. During my second appointment, I was burned on my forehead. The nurse claimed there was a note on my profile stating I requested the fan be turned off--which is completely inaccurate. I never made that request. I also purchased an expensive package under the impression of full hair removal, but I have not seen the results promised. When I raised concerns, I was told I would likely need to purchase additional sessions and that the treatment only removes about 80% of hair--something that was never clearly explained upfront. I requested documentation of what I signed and asked to speak with a manager. After multiple requests over several weeks, I received no response. When I finally spoke with the district manager, Jocelyn, she repeatedly spoke over me. When I mentioned recording the call (as your system states calls may be recorded), she claimed she had never heard of calls being recorded in her 5 years with the company and hung up on me. Shortly after, I received a call from someone on the "care team" who confirmed that calls are in fact recorded, directly contradicting her. When I pointed this out, he avoided addressing it. I was also told the employee who sold me the package is no longer with the company, so they cannot verify what was promised--which is unacceptable. At this point, I requested a refund. Instead, I was told I would be charged $400 per session for the 4 sessions used, meaning I would lose $1,600 from a $2,000 package. This pricing breakdown makes no sense and feels misleading. They were very responsive when making the sale, but completely unresponsive when addressing serious issues. After months of poor communication and unprofessional service, I have no interest in store credit. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
