The food truck is outside, and all done by one chef. That's to say, the food is made fresh and patience is needed. Thankfully, inside that had a great selection of local and international beer so I bought a 6-pack for us to enjoy while we waited. There were also colorful characters enjoying food and drinks outside who talked with us at length. It was really pleasant to be able to wait comfortably. I've never seen such a large selection of items in a grocery store deli before... it was honestly slightly overwhelming to pick just a few items to try. There are individually wrapped chunks of tons of different types of cheeses, dried meats and prepackaged ones, accoutrements like breadsticks, olives, mini jelly and jam jars, and more. It was amazing. The bakery case was a whole other story... I have the biggest sweet tooth and can't get enough of baked goods, and their displays were absolutely gorgeous.
