Irvine spa has been a place I've been wanting to check out and I finally got the opportunity to go so with my friend. They assign you a locker to lock your shoes and belongings away when you first go in. Afterwards, you change into the outfit they give you and go to the different rooms with different temperatures. As for the hot tubs, I was shy to go in at first but everybody there made me feel comfortable. Will definitely go again and spend the whole 6 hours next time.
I-Spa is the perfect place to unwind and recharge. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels calming and thoughtfully designed for relaxation. One of the highlights is the variety of specialty rooms. The ice room is such a refreshing experience--invigorating and a great way to wake up your senses. On the other end, the fire room brings a deep, soothing heat that helps you fully relax and melt away stress. Moving between the different rooms really makes the whole visit feel like a unique wellness journey. The cafeteria was a pleasant surprise too. The food was genuinely delicious--fresh, satisfying, and exactly what you want after spending time in the spa. The drinks were just as good, super refreshing and a perfect complement to the experience. Overall, I-Spa offers a great balance of relaxation, unique amenities, and tasty food. I had such an amazing experience at I Spa in Irvine, and I will definitely be back. This wasn't my first time at a Korean spa, but it was my first time receiving a service here and it did not disappoint. First, let's talk about cleanliness because that matters. The entire facility was spotless. From the common areas to the locker room and spa areas, everything was well-maintained, clean, and comfortable, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy the experience. When you first walk in, you'll place your shoes in a locker (no shoes allowed inside), and you'll be given a wristband that acts as your key and ID throughout your visit. They also provide clothes to wear in the common areas so you can comfortably walk around and enjoy the space. The common area is co-ed, but once you enter the locker room and spa areas, it is separated by women and men, and yes, it is fully nude in those areas. In the locker room/spa area, they provide everything you need: Plenty of clean towels Shampoo, body wash, and lotion Showers and space to get ready There's also a vanity area where you can do your hair, makeup, and get dressed before leaving. You can bring your own products if you'd like, but they truly have everything covered. The amenities were great--cold plunge, jacuzzi, saunas, salt room, ice room, and more. It's the perfect place to spend a few hours relaxing and resetting. They also have a cafeteria where you can grab a light bite, which is perfect if you come on an empty stomach. There's even a small arcade area for kids (12 and up), although I personally wouldn't recommend bringing children unless they understand how to be quiet and respect the relaxing environment. One thing I really appreciated was the quiet work area, a space where you can bring your laptop, sit peacefully, and get things done. There's something special about being able to relax and work at the same time... it almost feels like you've mastered life a little bit. Now for the highlight the body scrub and massage. I had Jenny, and she was AMAZING. The service was thorough, relaxing, and honestly one of the best I've ever had. You can tell she really takes her time and cares about what she's doing. I will say this, after a massage like that, your best plan is to go straight home and get in the bed You will be that relaxed. Overall, 10/10 experience. Clean environment, great amenities, and top-tier service. Highly recommend.
After leaving an honest review, I received a message from their staff telling me to "go back to Florida." That alone should tell you everything you need to know about how this business operates. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns, they resort to childish, unprofessional, and inappropriate responses. This only confirms my original experience, this is not a reputable or well-managed spa. Between the poor service and the way they treat customers who provide feedback, it's clear this place lacks basic standards of professionalism. There are far better options out there that actually respect their clients. I strongly recommend avoiding this business.
I enjoy this local Korean spa. It's relaxing and clean. $40 to use the facilities. Yes you have to be naked in spa but they do give you lounge wear for the coed area. It's honestly not that uncomfortable as everyone is just there. I do wish they provided bigger towels, not the gym sized towels. A gf and I ate at the restaurant for the first time recently. We shared an entree and ordered 2 drinks. The lady that served us was really rude when I asked for an extra bowl and set of utensils. She had an attitude. That left me really tense and annoyed. The tables we sat are were the low traditional tables sat on the floor. It was super comfy. The coed rooms are nice. The only thing is, it depends if you are in the room with others who aren't considerate bc people actually talk on a normal tone while others are trying to relax. There can be more enforcement from staff to remind people to use their quiet voices. It's probably better to come in the daytime when people are at work. Will try that next time.
It was cold and rainy for the past couple of days (which hurts my heart as a native Californian and lover of sunshine weather), so what better to spend NYE at the Irvine Spa?! What's Included: Check-in at the front desk offers general admission ($40/person with a 6-hour limit) plus optional add-ons like acupressure, oil treatments, combination massages, and body scrubs. We went with general admission, which includes: - Gender-segregated wet spa area (cold/warm/hot tubs, misty/dry saunas) - Jjimjilbang - common areas with heated floors and themed rooms (forest, fire, ice, salt) First Timer Experience: As a Korean spa newbie, I was admittedly nervous (especially hearing about the fully nude wet spa area!). However, my anxiety quickly melted away once inside. It was SO much less intimidating than expected, and once I got over the initial nerves, it became incredibly relaxing and absolutely worth the $40 admission. Cleanliness: I was genuinely impressed by how spotless everything was. Workers were consistently on standby, promptly cleaning bathrooms, showers, and common areas throughout the day. My Favorites: The hot tub, forest room, and salt room were absolute highlights - perfect for decompressing, opening pores, and loosening muscle tightness in peaceful, quiet spaces. Minor Drawback: Some visitors don't always respect the quiet rules, especially in the themed jjimjilbang rooms. Occasional loud conversations and electronic device use can disrupt the tranquility, but these instances were brief and temporary. Bottom Line: Highly recommend for relaxation and self-care!
I've been here twice now, and I think this will be a place I would regularly visit. Both times we came here, we got the acupressure massage, which is 55 minutes, and it comes with spa admission ($40 value) which I feel is worth it. Essentially, your massage is $85! You pay for your experience, and they give you a locker key and a pair of shirt and shorts (pink for women, don't remember exactly the color for men whether blue or black). When you first enter, you take your shoes off at the first locker room based on your key number. You walk in further to the second set of lockers where you put your belongings and get changed (or walk around on the women's side in the nude). They have plenty of towels for you to use. On the women's side they have bathrooms, an area to get ready (hair and makeup done self service). Then there is the spa area where you take a shower to clean yourself before going in and/or before leaving (amenities include body wash, shampoo, conditioner, mirror, dividers between each shower with a total of 6 showers), cold overhead shower, saunas, different temperature pools (cold, warm, hot/warmer). You are scheduled at a time to get your massage and can wait in the women's side waiting room, which is next to where you enter the women's side. Seems like it was significantly busier on the weekend than the weekday we came last time. The massage rooms are for individuals (no opportunity for side-by-side couples massage). Both times my masseuse did excellent jobs. The first time I came here, something to note was that my massage was just almost too much, but I feel they gave really good effort. I am someone who definitely needs a lot of work on their knots/muscle tightness. The second time, it was more comfortable. Service was friendly both times. They do seem to expect and are grateful for tips. They will give you an envelope (or you're supposed to pick one up) and either Venmo their username listed on the envelope or just place cash in there, which you are less likely to have given the spa experience. After the spa, we went to the jjimjilbang, where both men and women can hang out. You'll enter a large room with heated floors, plenty of floor seating and limited table/bench seating. Towards the left of the room is where there are the different therapy rooms (clay, salt, cold, heat, etc) for different skin goals. It felt so nice to alternate between the rooms. It's a bit themed too. The cold room basically was like walking into a fridge with carpet on the ground, ice on the walls. There is a dry heat room where it has almost like a furnace. I can't remember each of the rooms' features, but that's the idea. They have a work/lounge room where you can bring your laptop to work or other things, like at a coffee shop. They have a food court (or more like their own restaurant). It always feels so nice to get a hot soup after getting a massage and being in the jjimjilbang. Prices were reasonable for food. My partner has been to another Korean spa in LA, and mentioned that this spa was probably cleaner and enjoyable compared to the others. Overall, I would highly recommend!
What a great experience. Came here for my birthday. This was such a gift. Lots of rooms to experience meditation and wellness at various levels. People are great. Great service. Prices were great. Paid $135 for the spa access and 55 minute body massage with oil. Sophia was my masseuse. The massage was comparable to an orgasm. I felt so much pleasure in my whole body. I was a little put off by the reviews mentioning this place being crowded and hesitant to try it. But I decided to check it out myself. I went to Irvine Spa on a Tuesday around noon. Admission is 40 dollars and I scheduled a body scrub for 70 dollars. I've been going to the Korean spa in Ktown for years so I had something I can compare to. First I love how this place separates shoes storage area with the changing area. The floor inside the lady's changing area is a lot cleaner than I expected. Standard spa area with hot tubs, showering area, dry and wet saunas, relax room and a small chilling area. I also appreciate this place has a working room where people can bring work/study materials there to work on while relaxing in a spa. My body scrub session was insanely good! Cheaper and better than the other place I've been going (not gonna mention names here, lol). I felt so much better after my body scrub session. During my time there, it wasn't very crowded but I could see that happening due to the facility size and the dense population in Irvine. Overall I love this place and will go back. Parking is free and has lots of spots. Free WiFi and food court also available inside. One star is taken from the broken hairdryer not being replaced timely.
Enjoyed a girls day here at I Spa! For my bestie's bday, we each had a one hour full body massage and spent another 4 hours enjoying all the amenities, including a delicious Korean meal to conclude the visit. There is a 6 hour limit. I loved the heated rooms and the fact that there are a good handful of them. Each room explains the benefits and some have suggested usage time. Also enjoyed the saunas, hot tubs and cold plunge in the same sex locker rooms where you will be nude in. The entire facility is clean and spacious. There is a restaurant inside and we enjoyed Sundubu Jjigae (boiling tofu soup) and even marinated raw crab with rice. Everything tasted great and hit the spot after a spa day. The massage was good but not the best in my opinion. It wouldn't be a waste to enjoy the amenities alone for a cheaper fee. Either way, highly recommend!
I've been going to iSpa for a long time now. And I've had a lot of great experience previous. This is ONLY a review from the last few times I've gone (in this year 2025). Love the food. Still really enjoy it. Amenities are still generally kept clean and taken care of mostly. There are some things that may or may not be out of order but nothing too out of the ordinary. They are simply *too many people*. And a good number of them are annoying yappers. Cannot come here to relax almost ever anymore. Which is very unfortunate since their jjimjilbang is very nice. Not to mention what's been going on in the men's room. Inappropriate touching of oneself and ogling. I heard they were getting a hold of it but in the case it hasn't been fixed, here's a little warning. Previous ratings have been 5 - to 4 - to now 3 stars.
First time to a Korean spa and it was quite the experience. This place is huge but very clean. I booked an oil massage 55 minutes for $135 which includes use of the facilities for 4 hours. You're given a uniform and a wristband locker key when you check in. First stop is to put away your shoes. Then you enter the locker room to put on our uniforms. We had the massages first. The oil aka Swedish massage was ok. Good pressure but interesting technique. No use of forearms or elbows really. After the massage we went into the common areas to use the hot and ice rooms there. A lot of people were listening to music or watching their iPad or wearing a paper face mask. Then we went to the restaurant and ordered a bibimbap with bulgogi to share and was actually really good. Next was the wet area. You have to be naked in this area so if it's your first time it may be a little intimidating. They have a steam and dry sauna and 3 small pools - hot, warm and ice. I only lasted a minute in the ice bath! They have showers both standing and sitting and a large area if you want to do your hair and make up as well. You can definitely make a day of it here. Would definitely come again. Bring your own towel if you want a big towel bc all their towels are the size of a hand towel.

One step closer to completing my goal of visiting every Korean spa in the U.S.! iSPA was definitely a nice addition to my list, and while it has some great features, it wasn't exactly the relaxation haven I was hoping for. Here's my breakdown: THE GOOD: Facility & Cleanliness - Super clean, modern, and well-maintained! Loved the layout, and everything felt fresh and tidy. Amenities - They had everything! The steam room, multiple saunas, and a huge cold plunge (which was actuallycold--love that!). Common Co-ed Area & Heated Floors - Obsessed! The entire common area had heated floors, and I literally fell asleep on them. So cozy! So warm! The vibes were immaculate. Towels & Water Stations - Plenty of towels and hydration available, which I always appreciate at a Korean spa. Food - The food was actually pretty good! A little on the pricey side (as expected for a spa), but convenient and tasty. SERVICE:I got the coconut scrub massage and wow--so worth it! My therapist, Connie, did an amazing job. I've had a lot of scrubs before, and this one was up there with the best. Skin? Baby soft. Mind? Melted. Soul? Cleansed. THE NOT-SO-RELAXING PART:Now, let's talk about the elephant in the room... or rather, the constant yapping in the women's spa area. If you're coming here for deep relaxation and meditation, be warned: it's loud. The women's side was more of a social hour than a spa. Groups of girls chatting away like they were at brunch. Like babes, get your mimosas after the spa, not in it. At other Korean spas (looking at you, Pearl Spa in SF), staff enforces a quiet atmosphere, but here? Not so much. Even in the Himalayan salt sauna, I was meditating, and suddenly--boom--girl gang catch-up session happening right next to me. It was giving... wellness café vibes instead of spa serenity. FINAL THOUGHTS: Would I go back? Yes, but not to chill--just for the services and the experience. Best for: Socializing, getting a great body scrub, and enjoying the amenities. Not ideal for: If you need absolute silence and deep relaxation. I'm trying so hard not to let loud people ruin my Korean spa love, but it's a challenge. If you don't mind some background chatter, you'll love it here. If you're looking for a true zen escape, this might not be the best pick. But hey--another spa down, many more to go. read more
This was my first time at a Korean spa and it was a nice, new experience. I arrived with my husband on a Monday morning and it was not busy at all which was a huge plus, especially being my first time and not being used to the customs of a Korean spa. For one thing, you store your shoes in the most outer lockers and walk barefoot everywhere, including the bathrooms. When you go inside, you change into these pink (female) or brown (male) outfits which are a shirt and shorts combo. These outfits are to be worn everywhere except for the wet (pool) areas. In the wet pool areas of the designated female and male sides, you are to be completely naked. You can put your outfits in a basket at the front of the pool area. The pool area has stand up showers, wet sauna, dry sauna, hot pool, warm pool, and cold pool, and a seated shower area. There's a large common area to walk around and rest, a restaurant, and a room with different saunas, and a kids room. I got a golden body scrub and massage. It was great. The lady was fabulous and really scrubbed every nook and crannie. There was a little misunderstanding. At one point in a middle of it she had told me to shower, so I went and did a full shower and rinsed my hair out. She went to the shower area and saw I was washing out my hair and looked annoyed and said, "not the hair! Just the body". I said, "oh sorry, you said shower so I thought that meant hair too". She was visibly annoyed but moved on. She told me to take another shower in the middle of everything again and I confirmed with her, "wash hair or no?" She said "no hair". So, for future reference, clarify the instructions if you have any questions. She did a good job with the scrub though. The massage was okay, not amazing. The star of it all is really the scrub treatment which I highly recommend. After the treatment, we ate at the restaurant which really hit the spot. The food was great. We got the bibimbap, bulgogi, and peach green tea. It was perfect. I tried out a few of the saunas in the common area. My husband tried them all out including the ice room. He thought it was all very relaxing. Overall, I would go again, especially for the body scrub. It was a nice place to relax and recharge. read more

Yelpers! How yall doing? Yall alright? Good! Listen I took a family trip to this spa and it was okay. Its just overly crowded and the rooms are small. Also, if you have a son. Just watch them on the men side. Little strange activity going on over there (from what my husband said) . Like come on men...., Oh and the fried rice in the restaurant had no flavor. However, my husband said his teriyaki chicken was poppin! That waternelon fruit cup was spoiled and when we told the manager about it, she yelled at us , snatched the cup from my hand, threw it away, talked her mess and told staff to give my money back. Beyond rude. Due to that, she will never get another dime from me. She is lucky I didn't give her the same energy back and throw something at her, but we came here to relax, not fight. I would come again maybe as soon as they open so it isn't too crowded. read more

Didn't take a pic of the common area but it's beautiful! Love their cafe too, their food is delicious! This spa is super clean and relaxing. Heat rooms, saunas, and ice rooms are amazing. I've tried multiple masseuses and they're all really good! This spa is the perfect gift to self and a great way to spend the day to just relax and unwind read more
I've been coming here for nine years, every time l schedule scrub-massage and every single time it's a fantastic professional staff member. I absolutely love their scrubs and massages, they perform it on four sides of your body: I mean, face up, face down, and on both sides! But today this sweet lady Connie just exceeded all my expectations! She's tiny & mighty, strong at deep tissue massage, somehow she found all my muscle knots and fixed them! During the scrub-massage, l realized I had zero thoughts my brain was resting, and I left feeling like a newborn baby! Maybe that's why I forgot to review this place for so long! i've been seen a lot of improvements and I'm really happy This location is thriving! I'm gonna attach the picture of right after the Scrub-massage my face looks like I'm 18 again! Also, I thought that my summertime would come off after all the rubbing but surprisingly it's still there. If it's your first time, don't be surprised they will apply fresh cucumber on your face as the most amazing mask which I think is so unique to this location and after they will rinse you with warm milk. read more

I would make the drive from San Diego to go to Irvine Spa instead of our local Yu Spa. Admission is $35 per person to use the baths and the jjimjilbang area for 6 hours, which I feel is completely reasonable. The bathing area is nice and big with lots of space to wash up/take a shower, and there is a warm bath, hot bath, cold bath, and dry and warm saunas. I felt like the premises were clean and sanitary. The lounge area and the jjimjilbang area are so cute, I like how it's decorated like a Korean palace and village. They have a food court with a huge selection of Korean food and desserts. We only got roasted eggs and sikhye, but the food looked good, even if it was on the pricy side. Definitely go in the morning when it's less crowded, because the space was a lot more tranquil earlier in the afternoon than late afternoon. Some people either aren't aware or don't care about the etiquette of keeping their voices down and not breaking the rules of the spa. A girl literally brought her phone INTO the baths area. My friend and I had 7pm reservations for the $135 body scrub and massage package. Unfortunately, my experience with SUMI was the worst I've ever had. The body scrub felt rushed and half-hearted, almost like the scrub material was already worn out. The massage was even worse--far too much pressure with hurried, rough movements that felt careless rather than relaxing. She rushed me when flipping over, hit my head several times during the head massage, and overall handled me very roughly. It was clear she didn't want to be there, and it completely ruined what should have been a relaxing experience. Sadly, this was money wasted, and they've lost a customer. Also it says they close at 10 but they start turning off all the lights and chairs up at 9pm. We ordered food and ate at 9 and never felt so rushed read more

Been here two weeks ago, and I thought it was very nice! I've been working out a lot and found this place through a friend's recommendation for saunas. It was blissful! I love how clean it is, and the staff keep putting on new towels every minute. There's also disposable shavers and toothbrushes for everyone. (!) PLEASE PLEASE be courteous and abide the rules of spa behavior, and conduct. People here want to relax and not see any weird behaviors. But anyways, there's a security on the men's spa to keep everything at hand. So I'm glad that it's safe. Also! I keep the Korean food cafeteria is great! Overpriced as understandable, but it's tasty! Love the great variety of options and I tried the steak bowl which was delicious, even their drinks are good too. The staff are courteous and nice and friendly. Might go back again next time, cuz it's really nice and actually relaxing. Good job! read more
I love coming here at least once a quarter to unwind and have some personal time for myself. Pretty standard Korean spa they offer the misty sauna, dry sauna, hot pools and cold pool with your admission. They also have great massages, I've received the acupressure one before and it was really good I was very sore after but felt very relaxed. They also offer a lot of food here I personally like the black bean noodles or the tofu soup. read more
Enjoyed my spa day here. There's plenty of space in the common area. The staff are working hard and they constantly clean and bring new towels for use. There's TVs on the wall with no sound, still entertaining. Phone is only allowed in the common area. Would've liked it if they are open earlier...other than that it's overall a good spa. read more

I loved my visit to I-Spa. I went on a Monday from 4 p.m. until close, as the daily admission is valid for six hours. Be aware that if you stay beyond that, they may charge you again. Parking is convenient with their own private lot. This was my second time at a Korean spa. After paying in the lobby, you store your shoes in a shoe locker. Once you're changed and your belongings are secured in a locker, you're free to explore at your own pace. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a mix of regular tables, floor seating, and a water station available. I spent $10 for a 30-minute session on a massage chair before heading to the co-ed rooms. I alternated several times between the heated rooms and the ice room, eventually napping on the heated floors in the large common area. Later, I made my way to the gender-segregated bathhouse, where I relaxed in the hot, warm, and cold pools. I also took advantage of the steam room, sauna, and both standing and seated showers. If you have personal preferences, I recommend bringing your own face mask and toiletries like shampoo, soap, razor, shaving cream, hairbrush, or hair mask. The spa does provide toothbrushes and a basic shampoo/conditioner/body wash set. Towels are provided, so no need to pack your own. I also brought my notebook, and I noticed a second lounge near the restaurant, which would be a great spot for working on things if needed. read more

First time at Irvine Spa and it was such a cool experience! One thing I really wish they would offer to each person would be slippers lol. Especially when using the restroom, you're whole feet has to touch the floor? I get that it looks clean, but it also just feels extremely weird without slippers lol. Also I wish they could have assigned us lockers that are more spread out? It seems like all the girls were in the same row of lockers, but there were other lockers that were completely empty. So everyone was literally changing right next to each other. The warm baths and saunas are connected from the changing area. It's amusing to see that everyone is really chatty with each other, so it seems like many people come here with their friends. Finishing up from there, you can walk to the common area with heated floors. You can see others just lying down or sleeping, it's a very nice area to relax with others. There are also other hot rooms on the other side which my personal favorite may be the forest and salt room... maybe because that is the most I could handle haha. It gets soooo hot in there. My bf enjoyed the ice room the most lol. On the other side, there is a cafeteria that they even have the tables where you can sit on the floor! The prices look a bit pricey here, but seems like its for the experience. Overall, for general admission of $35, it's really cool to check out and it's pretty worth with all the amenities they have to offer. There are additional services you can pay for, but it doesn't seem like many people use them. Definitely an experience to try again! read more
This was a lovely experience with friends as we wanted to relax and explore the spa. Different saunas are differing in heat and cold rooms are in the spa section. It was enjoyable to relax in each room. The locker rooms are separate by gender and once you enter the spa, it is coed. There is a massage chair room as well as another relaxation area outside of the sauna room. As for food, there is plenty to select from and eat at the food court. For food, I got the delicious bibimbap! It was savory and had plenty of vegetables. I would definitely come here again with others! read more

Getting my "JJIMJJILBANG" On (4 stars) Update. It's been awhile since I've come to a Korean Spa. Last review I wrote about my first experience and the naked spa scrub and walking around naked. Welp, I decided to come again and skip the naked scrub because I simply felt bloated (otherside I would have). Instead I dropped $35 and spent 4 of 6 hrs getting my JjimJillbang on and eating delicious Korean food in between. Compared to last time I been here, this session... there were more people than before. I came first thing in the AM and saw a flux of people coming by 12. The rooms started to get crowded - whereas last time I was here there was barely anyone in the rooms. I spent majority of my time in the salt room, the hot(test room). And the ice room. The forest room was packed and maybe too much CO2 in the mix but when I went in I barely received the freshness of the "forest" in my sinuses. Yes, the crowd of people here are a mix bag - old, young, skinny, fat, male, female, everything and everybody. Nobody cares about, you do your own thing. I wish the elderly Asian women would show a little more courtesy. Quiet areas they are NOT quiet, in one of the rooms... the old lady kept burping up it was gross and disturbing but how can you be mad at an old Asian grandma... but still, come on. I would have stayed longer but more and more people kept coming that I just felt it was time to dip. I ended my session with stuffing my face in their cafeteria. Ok, THIS was an improvement from last time. I went with a hot stone bulgogi bowl this time and it was SO good. They do offer regular bulgogi bowl but you can ask for hot stone which makes the experience 10x better and tastier. I think I'm going to drive north and explore other Korean spas. Next time, I'll bring flip-flops for the shower and bathroom, as I wasn't used to going barefoot in wet areas. The rooms were great for sweating it out, and the cool room was the perfect finish. When you're ready to snack (or even a full meal!), head to the cafeteria for tasty Korean dishes like seafood pancake, cold noodles, cheese pork katsu, and jjajangmyeon. I've been seeking an affordable yet quality Korean spa in OC to unwind at, so I'm so happy I found this spot! Super cheap price for a 6 hour stay - around $35 I believe. If you add on a service like a massage, your entrance fee gets waived! They have showers, hot pools, plenty of hot rooms, a cold room, a general communal area with massage chairs and heated floors, and a cafeteria among other things. I have been a patron at iSpa Irvine for the better part of 10 years. Throughout the last decade, I have seen slow, but gradual improvements between the common area, men's area, and employees; leaving any prospective customers with a lot of "bang" for their buck. (Spa entrance is $40 now) I'll begin with the employees: I have never had an issue personally with the employees, but I want to address something: employees do not enforce quieter volumes by some of their patrons. Many times as of late, I see a group of people yelling, not talking, taking a lot of auditory space. As a Latino in these spaces, I try to be considerate of my surroundings and volume level, because I stand out, and I do believe it's become a problem as of late. I come to the spa to relax and decompress, not to be surrounded by incredibly noisy people. I will revisit this review in a few months time to give this establishment the 5 stars they truly deserve (should the noise be addressed). I'll address the amenities: excellent. The last year specifically, I have seen renovations and upgrades in both the men's area and common area that have drastically improved my outlook of the spa. The men's area has renovated the dry sauna area, with new wood, has improved the volume of the steam room: no more loud noises coming from the machine. The men's area now has white ceilings and has gotten rid of the color-coded ceilings, for a sleeker look. Additionally, the common area now introduced a significant number of reclining chairs in the common area adjacent to the cafeteria; allowing guests of all ages and genders to take a nap on their reclining chairs. Also, they have introduced mats for guests to lay on, as opposed to the floor itself: providing guests with even more options. The men's area has also replaced the seating in the rest area adjacent to the barber: leather recliners that are so easy to lose yourself in. You will not pay $40 for the quality of service and amenities you receive here. Finally I'll provide my thoughts on the cafeteria: excellent. The food is a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. I've tried a lot of their menu items and it's of similar or better quality than some of the restaurants in the Irvine area. Overall: I can never rave about this place enough to my family and coworkers. It's probably the best spa you'll go to in the Southern California area for sure. read more

My boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to a spa day, and this was my second time visiting a fully nude spa. Just a heads-up: this is a completely nude spa, so I'd only recommend it if you're comfortable with that. I'll be honest, my first time at a nude spa, I was super nervous and not fully at ease. But this time around, I actually felt relaxed enough to take a proper shower and enjoy the Jacuzzi without stress. The facility was very clean, which made a huge difference in helping me feel more at ease. The pools were well-maintained and lovely to use, there's a cold, warm, and hot pool, so you can pick what suits your vibe. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try out the massages this time, but it's definitely on our list for the next visit. We also grabbed some food and it was delicious. I always enjoy Korean cuisine, and I appreciated the side dishes that came along with the meal. What truly stood out though was the customer service. I lost the key to my locker and was told there would be a $20 fee, which I completely understood. But later, while I was still in the area, I got a call from the spa letting me know they had found my key, and they invited me back to refund the fee. Honestly, they didn't have to do that, and I would've been fine paying it, but that kind of honesty and follow-through is so rare. It really raised my expectations of what great service looks like. First time Korean Spa goer here. Overall, after reading tons of reviews I was mostly prepared of what to expect from the special environments to the dress code. Came here on a Monday morning. From the moment I walked in, everything was clean and pretty easy to navigate (lockers, showers, pool, and common areas). The facility is a lot bigger than I imagined so take time to browse around and get familiar. The wet sauna was toasty toasty. I've never been in one so hot. But if you want to lose lbs in sweat, just stay here for a few minutes. Might need a good rinse after though. There's three pools (cold, warm, and hot) so you can almost do your own contrast therapy if you wanted. The common area special rooms were interesting. Most of them were just like a dry sauna after dry sauna with the exception of the cold room. Good for just quiet time. ** I did get the combination masssage. I read reviews that it's not the best but I wanted to give the benefit of a doubt since I wasn't keen on doing a scrub. On a scale of 1 to 5 in pressure, I'd say it was a 2. It was relaxing enough to doze off which meant it was not nearly enough pressure to actually be a massage. Kind of a bummer but I knew it was a possibility. I do think this is a place for people who can appreciate some quiet time and want to have a new experience. The day admission is pretty cheap if you don't do any services so I'd recommend that at the least! read more

I really enjoyed my time at I Spa. I booked the coconut oil body scrub which covers the price of admission. This is not a relaxing massage/scrub but my skin felt so soft after. The gendered amenities were very nice and I liked the cold plunge a lot. This is definitely not a spa where you'd go with your MIL or friends unless you're cool seeing them naked ( to each your own ). The food on site was very good. Perfect for a self care day! read more

Do kids allow with adult?
Children are allowed starting at 5 or 6 years old. There is a kids room in the shared zone, but children are not allowed at the shared saunas unless they are 14 years old or older.
Does the Cafeteria & Café offer vegan options?
Do they accept men? Or is it women only?
Yes! It's a coed facility. They have a shower/soak side for men and one for women. In the common are both men and women are welcome. Clothing required - which they give you. Hope that helps!

I've seen people with all sizes wear their uniforms, so very much likely they have your size, but it doesn't hurt to double check as there's always a chance it can be in a wash cycle.
Could you just go without the body scrub and do they provide rubber sandals so not barefoot?
all services are options and sold separately, but be careful with bringing outside shoes.
Can I bring in my own towel in the pool area? I know we are to be completely naked in the pools, however could we walk around with a towel in there?
Yes you walk around with a towel. Not sure if they care if you bring your own towel, but if you brought a white one, it'll look like the towels they provide
Can you be naked in the sauna or coed rooms?
You can only be naked in the gender specified area which includes the wet sauna. Must use uniforms in the coed area.
