If you ever need a root canal I highly recommend Dr Fay Mansouri. She is an excellent Endodontist and always evaluates what is best for the individual patient, and she is also very gentle and kind. After my last root canal with Dr Mansouri, I had no pain! It was amazing. She is the best Endodontist that I have ever seen in my 40 years of living in Orange County, and I have seen many. Not only is she a highly skilled Endodontist, but is also a lovely human being. Her staff is really excellent too! Dr Mansouri's office is a very caring place, and when you are in pain and stressed, that is the kind of environment that you really need. Professional, Skilled, and Caring. read more

As a dentist myself, finding an endodontist I could trust completely was really important for me. I found that level of trust here. This clinic offers thelatest technologies, such as GentleWave and Fotona, which are really advanced and they can enhance the treatment process overall. Dr. Dianat has outstanding skills and thorough approach. He doesn't just perform the procedures but critically evaluates all possible treatment options and explains them in a nice and clear way. His clear communication is very helpful! The team at this clinic is remarkable. Behgum, in particular, demonstrated great expertise in taking radiographs. Another thing about this place is same-day emergency appointments! read more

Dr. Dianat was amazing with both of my daughters. One was told by her dentist and another endodontist she would need a root canal. I wanted a second opinion and found Dr. Dianat. I am so grateful for this doctor. He was super gentle and saved them from having root canals. They didn't even receive crowns. He is highly skilled and took great care of them. The sad thing is the insurance would pay for the root canal but would not pay to save their tooth, so crazy. We basically had to pay out of pocket but it was well worth it. Another endodontist insisted on having a CT scan, Dr. Dianat didn't think it was necessary, I got the impression he wasn't trying to add stuff that was not necessary. I would highly recommend him and his entire staff. They told me up front what I would have to pay so there was no guessing or add ons that I was not aware of . Thank you for being so skilled and gentle with my girls. Truly a great doctor. If you need an endodontist or just a second opinion (they only charge $100 dollars ) if your insurance will not cover a second opinion which mine would not it was very affordable, especially since it saved them from an unnecessary root canal. I work in the medical field and not all doctors or dentist are the same . Trust me , Dr . Dianat is highly skilled and you will be in good hands read more

Definitely a long overdue review. I had my root canal done here & honestly what a nice experience. Which is a weird thing to say about a root canal. I scheduled an appointment online and was seen the following day. I had a root canal that got infected by a different dentist and was told to get it extracted. I did my research and found Irvine Endodontics, they specialize in root canals and had great reviews. I went in hoping they can give me a different outcome than extracting my tooth. The dental assistant May was kind, friendly, and listened to my concerns. The receptionist Mariselle was very warm and informative of the pricing and insursnce breakdown. She made it easy for me to understand and also answered all the questions I had. They also have Apple Pay! Thank you. Doctor Dianat was exceptional and listened to my history and answered all my questions. He was able to treat me the same day. The pricing was reasonable given the fact that everything was modern, upscale, and the whole procedure was comfortable. He made sure I was in no pain, they took x-rays during the retreatment of my root canal to make sure everything was measure and in place. I was very appreciative of that. There was also lasers to help disinfect my roots and I have never experienced that before! I recommend this clinic to those who are looking for endodontic care. I will be returning in a few months to see the progress of my tooth. read more

5 STARS for my experience. I can't say enough good things! I could not be happier with my experience at Irvine Endodontics. I was coming from out of state and was in need of an emergent root canal. After speaking to another office who seemed lacking in customer service and in fact never called me back I called Irvine Endodontics and spoke with Kim. She was friendly knowledgeable and got me in the next day! I have never had a root canal and was not at all excited about it but, Dr Omid and May were so kind and put me at ease. It was painless and I have had no issue with pain. The office was clean and everybody was very professional. They even got me in touch with a dentist to do an emergency crown before I left town. Couldn't be happier with Dr Omid and the staff at Irvine Endodintics! read more

From my personal experience with Dr. Michelle Lee, I believe this office only cares about making money off of patients. -CT 3D Scan ($350, No insurance covered ) to identify if any crack. -Root canal failed due to crack ( $350, No insurance covered) -Finally, partial tooth fell off, so need the implant! You should ignore taking this CT scan which's wasting your time and money. The more experienced dentist could've recommended to implant! read more

My primary dentist referred me to Irvine Endodontics to repair a very old root canal. An infection had developed around the tooth. Irvine Endodontics told me they could try to fix it so I could avoid getting an implant but couldn't promise it would work. I opted for them to try and it worked! 6 months later, the X-ray and follow up showed the infection has cleared and the repair complete. The doctor was very upfront about the process, laying out costs, possible outcomes, etc. Everyone in the office was a professional. Easy to make appointments. Highly recommend. read more

Do not have dental work done here. I was overcharged for the root canal Dr. Mansouri did last month (October 2023). I had to pay for everything up front, rather than it going through insurance first and then figuring out my portion of the payment due. I really feel like they were not transparent and were quite deceptive about the charges. My root canal procedure was pretty standard, nothing really unusual. Yet they charged me for several different out-of-pocket line items. When they submitted the claim to Delta Dental, they conveniently omitted these line items. Based on the EOB from Delta Dental, my cost after the insurance payment was calculated at $517. I was charged about $1700 total and had to pay for all of this up front. Included in this was a $300 charge for permanent crowns that they had me agree to last minute, after I had already undergone over 2 hours in the chair with the root canal. I was exhausted in that moment and really wanted to get all of this done and over with, so I agreed to that amount just so I could get the procedure completed once and for all. However, by tacking on this charge at the last minute (something not previously discussed with me at all), I really felt like they were taking advantage of me when I was tired and vulnerable. They weren't treating me with care as a patient in this moment, they were seeing me as a dollar sign. This is inexcusable for a health care provider. I would like a refund of $300 for being charged for these crowns at the last minute. That's the very least they can do. If they fail to do that, I will report them to the Better Business Bureau and to the dental board. read more
