I had an excellent experience with Dr. Buoncristiani and his entire team. From my root canal and additional procedures I needed, they made what could have been a stressful experience as comfortable as possible. Everyone worked together seamlessly, and their professionalism and efficiency were impressive. Dr. Buoncristiani took the time to explain everything , and I felt I was in very capable hands. I truly appreciate the outstanding care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Buoncristiani to anyone in need of an exceptional endodontist. Thank you Dr. Buoncristiani and staff !! I can't say enough great things about Dr. Buoncristiani and his team... Samantha, Shirley and Mercedes at the front and Sindy and Lia in the back. When you hear the words root canal, you immediately expect the worst! Yet alone having to do two of them. I have been putting this off for years. However, my experience was the complete opposite. I came in dealing with a very difficult and painful situation, and Dr. Buoncristiani helped me when I needed it most. His skill, attention to detail, and genuine care were obvious from the very beginning. He took the time to explain in detail what to expect, made sure everything was done correctly, made me feel comfortable. Furthermore he treated me like a person, not just another patient. You can see he takes tremendous pride in his work and cares about your dental health and the outcome It's rare to find someone who combines this level of expertise with kindness and compassion. I'm extremely grateful for what he did for me and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone needing an endodontist. Dr. Buoncristiani turned a stressful situation into a positive experience. Walking out of his office, I felt a sense of gratitude, both for the care I received and for professionals who work with him. They turn a daunting experiences into moments of relief. I'm truly thankful to have been in such skilled and caring hands. Thank you Dr. Buoncristiani and staff. Christian S. read more

I was referred to Dr. Buoncristiani by my primary dentist for an infection of a root canal I had done a few years back. I was very impressed by everyone at Integrity from the front office staff to the dental assistants, everyone was so on point and professional. Dr. Buoncristiani explained everything well and left nothing to the imagination. His confidence and bedside manner put me at ease and he was able to redo my root canal right away. I had my initial consult at 8:30 and walked out of his office at 9:30. Efficient and thorough. Post procedure, Dr. Buoncristiani called me that evening to check in with me and was able to get a pain med prescribed for my discomfort. He is very attentive and genuinely cares about his patients. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Buoncristiani and his team. read more

Yesterday I had my second Root Canal with Dr Buoncristiani. Recently I was told I needed another root canal by a dentist and I specifically went out of my way to see him because I had a pleasant experience and had no issues with the first one he did 13 years ago. After a consult a few months ago I came in for the root canal and was slightly nervous since it's been a while and I generally don't like anyone messing with my teeth, but his staff did great calming me down and assuring me the procedure is routine and indeed necessary. Once the doc got started I remembered why I came here I didn't feel a thing and he was very sure handed and great with finishing the procedure quickly. I highly recommend Dr. John and his staff they are great at what they do. read more

I wanted to give a huge thank you to Integrity Endodontics and the whole staff for their absolutely amazing service today, and truly going above and beyond for me. I had to have a root canal urgently, and they saw me immediately as I had to be out of the office in two hours with a hard stop. I think they got me out in less than an hour. They worked efficiently, and are clearly EXTREMELY knowledgeable experts. It also was essentially painless, which I know is important to some people, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I am a few hours out from the procedure, and am not in any discomfort. I could not have had a better experience. Again, thank you!! read more

Where do I start? I haven't had dental treatment myself in about five years and the last time I had a root canal was so long ago I don't even remember. Right from the phone call and the compassion I received on the other end to getting me in on the day and time that I had a window of opportunity to going home with a completed root canal this experience was so professional! Both dental assistants that worked with me, Cynthia and Samira utilized high communication at all times, so I always knew what was happening. Always checking in to making sure that I was comfortable, making it their priority. Dr. Otis was fantastic, professional and thorough his education of his findings, of the procedure, and continuously checked in with me to ensure my comfort. And SO efficient! Throughout the procedure, I really got to experience how this team comes together to work together with politeness, teamwork, exceptional manners when it came to please and thank you and checking in on each other. When it came time to complete my visit... Nora... Thank you. I have been in the dental industry myself for over 25 years and it is not often that I have had dental treatment done outside of the dentist that I was working for. This was truly a wonderful experience for something that is not that pleasant and I was treated at the highest level of professionalism And left feeling so grateful and blessed. Thank you so much! read more

10 toes down, I highly recommend this office for multiple reasons. I did not have a single office experience. I had multiple office experiences and consequently feel confident in writing my review. Due to a very unfortunate situation with a walnut shell breaking my tooth, I was sent here directly from my dentist to evaluate for a root canal. I am terrified of having any kind of dental work done, so, as you could imagine, my anxiety was high. Everything from the time I got to the office to fill out paperwork to having my procedure done, was far above my expectations. The intake paperwork is extremely easy, and it is not redundant in anyway. My evaluation was relatively easy considering I had significant pain in my tooth and my doctor was friendly and sociable and kind, and everyone in the office eased all of my concerns. The subsequent scheduling of my root canal was quick and easy, I was back at the office less than a week later they had an anesthesiologist on call for me and the entire procedure was smooth, and I don't have a single negative thing to say. Office staff is fantastic, they are not rude and do not speak to you as if you are bothering them or inconveniencing them, the doctor gives you all of the attention you need during your appointment time. You are not double booked with other patients, and the dental assistants are a dream come true. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. I would highly recommend it. read more

What a top notch office. I was at my regular dentist down the road getting a cavity filled when my dentist informed me that it's sadly a root canal and I'd have to be seen by a specialist. Integrity Endodontics saw me immediately and treated me so well. The staff is so loving and kind and you can tell that everyone cares and loves their jobs. Dr Otis was so nice to his staff and fixed me up with no pain! I seriously was in no discomfort whatsoever. They go above and beyond here. I certainly would prefer not to have any more root canals in my life, but if I have one again I wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you guys! read more

My 3rd root canal with Dr. Otis and once again the smoothest experience you could ask for with a procedure that nobody looks forward to! Some of us aren't blessed with good teeth, but I am fortunate to have great care. Front office is as transparent as can be, and are always willing to help with payment methods with empathy for the high costs associated with this type of care. read more

This is probably my 3rd time going to Dr. John Buoncristiani, every time has been a positive experience. To the efficient staff at the front desk, to the technicians, to Dr. B himself, I have always felt I was in capable hands and under the best of care. Dr. B is extremely knowledgable, patient, gentle, and explains things in a way that is easily understood. No one likes getting a root canal, but Dr. B makes it tolerable, with minimal pain, and the result is of the highest quality! read more

I want to compliment both Dr. Otis and his most capable assistant, Sammie, who did such an outstanding painless root canal for me. All my life I heard how frightful root canals were, but, if I had not been told this was a root canal appointment, I never would have known - these outstanding professionals made it just like any other dental appointment and I was so pleased and relieved. I recommend them without hesitation or reservation. AA++ read more

Well, where to start.... a) I came in as a same day emergency late in the afternoon and was welcomed kindly and professionally by the staff. Everything was explained and Dr. Buoncristiani remained friendly, professional and extremely capable during the entire procedure. No pain to speak of. The office is immaculate, the equipment modern - I haven't one negative thing to report. And I am someone who is very careful about who I go to for these things. I had to have another root canal the next week: everything was just as top notch, perhaps even more so. Highly recommend. read more

Very impressed by the root canal procedure and outcome. I, much like most people am very skeptical when it comes to surgeries and procedures. The root canal was painless and quite frankly I was very satisfied with the entire process. They were able to get me in on the fly and alleviate the pain for an overdue root canal. With all of the high tech equipment and quality staff, I would definitely recommend this place and may be a repeat customer shortly for an additional root canal. I was even able to take the imaging home on a USB drive so I could have an exciting and weird keepsake to show people at parties. read more

I highly recommended this office. I've had three root canals in my lifetime at three different places, and this was by far the most pleasant. Dr. Buoncrstni not only did a flawless job, (this was a redo for a root canal done by a different endodontic surgeon) but he and his team work effortlessly together, like a very well tuned machine, and everyone seems happy to be there, appreciative of their colleagues, and it was just a very calm experience. I did not feel any pain while I was there and the doctor smells good as well; it's a win-win. I highly recommend this office and will never go anywhere else for a root canal. Thank you! read more

My son got knocked pretty hard in the mouth in a basketball game, was bloody and had loose teeth. Went to an amazing pediatric dentist (Rita Daghlian - will write a review of her too!) who referred us to Dr Buoncristiani, who was amazing - super personable and friendly. He immediately puts you at ease. His support stuff was also very friendly and kind. Unfortunately my son needed a root canal but they scheduled him in quickly and he barely had any pain! He needed Advil the day of a couple times but the next day he was totally fine. Dr Buoncristiani even took time later the same evening to call and check to make sure he ask ok and we didn't have any issues or questions. Excellent care - would highly recommend. Hopefully we won't need to come back for a root canal but if we do, we know where to go. read more

As other patients have posted, Dr. Buoncristiani and his staff are an AMAZING group dedicated to their work and the patients. My dentist of more than twenty years passed away; I was lucky to have been referred to Dr. B by my new Dentist. As for his business name, Dr. B brings INTEGRITY, passion, professionalism, humility in his work, and adorable to top it off. The way he deals with his patients cannot be taught, but he excels at working with patients and assuring them of a successful treatment plan. I just had my Endodontic therapy, and while being treated, I was pretty much resting asleep. Then I get the call in the evening from Dr. B checking up to see how my recovery is.
