I was referred to Dr. Buoncristiani by my primary dentist for an infection of a root canal I had done a few years back. I was very impressed by everyone at Integrity from the front office staff to the dental assistants, everyone was so on point and professional. Dr. Buoncristiani explained everything well and left nothing to the imagination. His confidence and bedside manner put me at ease and he was able to redo my root canal right away. I had my initial consult at 8:30 and walked out of his office at 9:30. Efficient and thorough. Yesterday I had my second Root Canal with Dr Buoncristiani. Recently I was told I needed another root canal by a dentist and I specifically went out of my way to see him because I had a pleasant experience and had no issues with the first one he did 13 years ago. After a consult a few months ago I came in for the root canal and was slightly nervous since it's been a while and I generally don't like anyone messing with my teeth, but his staff did great calming me down and assuring me the procedure is routine and indeed necessary. Once the doc got started I remembered why I came here I didn't feel a thing and he was very sure handed and great with finishing the procedure quickly. Where do I start? I haven't had dental treatment myself in about five years and the last time I had a root canal was so long ago I don't even remember. Right from the phone call and the compassion I received on the other end to getting me in on the day and time that I had a window of opportunity to going home with a completed root canal this experience was so professional! Both dental assistants that worked with me, Cynthia and Samira utilized high communication at all times, so I always knew what was happening. Always checking in to making sure that I was comfortable, making it their priority. 10 toes down, I highly recommend this office for multiple reasons. I did not have a single office experience. I had multiple office experiences and consequently feel confident in writing my review. Due to a very unfortunate situation with a walnut shell breaking my tooth, I was sent here directly from my dentist to evaluate for a root canal. I am terrified of having any kind of dental work done, so, as you could imagine, my anxiety was high. Everything from the time I got to the office to fill out paperwork to having my procedure done, was far above my expectations. The intake paperwork is extremely easy, and it is not redundant in anyway. My evaluation was relatively easy considering I had significant pain in my tooth and my doctor was friendly and sociable and kind, and everyone in the office eased all of my concerns. The subsequent scheduling of my root canal was quick and easy, I was back at the office less than a week later they had an anesthesiologist on call for me and the entire procedure was smooth, and I don't have a single negative thing to say. Office staff is fantastic, they are not rude and do not speak to you as if you are bothering them or inconveniencing them, the doctor gives you all of the attention you need during your appointment time. You are not double booked with other patients, and the dental assistants are a dream come true. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place. I would highly recommend it. read more

What a top notch office. I was at my regular dentist down the road getting a cavity filled when my dentist informed me that it's sadly a root canal and I'd have to be seen by a specialist. Integrity Endodontics saw me immediately and treated me so well. The staff is so loving and kind and you can tell that everyone cares and loves their jobs. Very impressed by the root canal procedure and outcome. I, much like most people am very skeptical when it comes to surgeries and procedures. The root canal was painless and quite frankly I was very satisfied with the entire process. They were able to get me in on the fly and alleviate the pain for an overdue root canal. With all of the high tech equipment and quality staff, I would definitely recommend this place and may be a repeat customer shortly for an additional root canal. I highly recommended this office. I've had three root canals in my lifetime at three different places, and this was by far the most pleasant. Dr. Buoncrstni not only did a flawless job, (this was a redo for a root canal done by a different endodontic surgeon) but he and his team work effortlessly together, like a very well tuned machine, and everyone seems happy to be there, appreciative of their colleagues, and it was just a very calm experience. My son got knocked pretty hard in the mouth in a basketball game, was bloody and had loose teeth. Went to an amazing pediatric dentist (Rita Daghlian - will write a review of her too!) who referred us to Dr Buoncristiani, who was amazing - super personable and friendly. He immediately puts you at ease. His support stuff was also very friendly and kind. Unfortunately my son needed a root canal but they scheduled him in quickly and he barely had any pain! He needed Advil the day of a couple times but the next day he was totally fine. Dr Buoncristiani even took time later the same evening to call and check to make sure he ask ok and we didn't have any issues or questions. Excellent care - would highly recommend. Hopefully we won't need to come back for a root canal but if we do, we know where to go. read more

The way he deals with his patients cannot be taught, but he excels at working with patients and assuring them of a successful treatment plan.
