But they came by and examined our very tiny yard (cookie-cutter neighborhood in Moncks Corner), gave us a very reasonable quote and told us to call when we were ready. Instead of disappearing as many companies do (especially with "small" jobs), Jeff worked with our schedule, regraded our yard, installed 2 French drains (Moncks Corner = clay soil), and re-sodded with thick, lush grass. They even installed a dog run for Daphne--and the estimate was the price--no unpleasant surprises when everything was said and done.
