The drainage setup has worked very well even during storms if 2+" of rain, which have flooded our yard in the past. He diagnosed our yard as too shady for the centipede and recommended the zoysia as a better option for our yard. They cleared the old grass, prepped and leveled the yard to be ready for the new sod. The care with which they installed the sod was impressive. Three weeks in and the yard is greener than ever and the sod is doing very well.
