Jamie and his assistant (sorry, I'm terrible with names), did an excellent job of cleaning out our dryer vents. They were very professional and knowledgeable and they cleaned up after they finished their job. read more

We had all our carpet cleaned for the selling of our townhome. The carpet was 4 years old with traffic from 2 adults and 2 little kids. You can imagine the stains we accumulated over that time. We were very happy with the results. All the stains were removed and heavily trafficked areas were improved to our satisfaction. I wish I had taken before and after photos. But it is suffice to say that we were happy with the results. read more

First time doing business with Valet and I'm not disappointed at all. The reviews on Facebook and Yelp were on point without a doubt. I scheduled an appointment and they showed up on time. The staff members were professional and respectfully...most importantly they are knowledgeable and honest. The end result was very good; clean and almost new looking carpets at the house. Great job guys, I'll be back!! read more

Do not fall for this company's Groupon. I bought the offer and called to schedule. He said "we won't schedule those for another month or two". I said they should have noted that in the offer. He said (rudely) they did note it. Here is proof they did not. I got a refund. I do business with upfront people. read more

I called them because their website had an ad for a special of $99 for 3 rooms. When he quoted me a different price, I referred him to the special. His response was he didn't know why that was up there as they are not doing that. I told him since it's on their website they should honor it. He was short and said no and acted like he could care less that he lost business and had a dissatisfied potential customer. read more

We have an incontinent senile dog who has accidents on the carpet. Needless to say pur carpets were a mess. I used a groupon for Valet. I am very happy with their service. They emailed me the day before to confirm and make requests to ready rooms for cleaning. That morning he texted arrival time and any further needs like making room in the drive. He was very careful wearing shoe coverings, face mask and bringing towels. He did a great job first treating stains with an enzyme. He was promlt, professional, sanitary, clean and friendly. I would definately reccomend Valet for carpet cleaning needs. read more

Nick was very friendly, polite and professional! He did a spectacular job cleaning our carpet and disinfected it as well. It feels fresh and clean in here now and I highly recommend this company. The prices are also very reasonable. This was our first time using Valet and we'll use them going forward for all our carpet cleaning needs. M.H. read more

My disabled grandmother lives in an apartment with her dog. The carpets were brand new when she moved in. Since its just them the carpets arent all that bad. Only really the high traffic areas really. She paid $160 for them to do about 600 sq ft for that price about 6 weeks ago. Today all the stains or traffic area have returned. The man was here working for less than an hour chatting and bragging the entire time. We are not impressed. My grandmother is on a fixed income and had to save up for this service. Dont waste your time and money with this company. read more

The carpet in my rental house was trashed. I had already replaced the carpet downstairs and was about to replace the carpet upstairs and decided to give Valet a try first. I had already used a different company and the carpet had a mildew small afterwards and still looked horrid. On the suggestion from a friend, I called Valet. They came out, were very professional, and after they completed their work the carpet looked new and wasn't wet and nasty. I was able to rent it the next week. Thanks! read more

We are moving into a home in Mount Pleasant. The Master bedroom had a big rust stain in the carpet and a few smaller stains. We had all the upstairs carpeting in four rooms cleaned and sanitized. Valet Carpet Cleaning did a fabulous job. All stains are gone and the carpet looks new and fresh. The technician was prompt, efficient and courteous. I am very pleased. read more

Carpet looks great; tech notified us that he was on the way, when he was a few minutes behind [he didn't have to do that, but was appreciated]. He did a great job cleaning. Customer service rep was also very informative and helpful. The carpet was dry the next day! Very fast and convenient. Highly recommend their services. read more

This company has done good work for us in the past. Today we had an issue that they do not honor a Groupon if one has been used by the same customer before - unfortunately Groupon's website and the voucher say "May be repurchased every 30 days". However the company's owner was very responsive to this issue and has offered to honor the Groupon and make amends - so I am expecting we will get 5-star service just like last time (if not, I'll adjust my 5-star rating!). Just a caution to other Groupon users not to believe what Groupon says about repurchasing! read more

This is a local small company which always does a great job. You know upfront what the charges are and know they will come as scheduled. I have never had.to have them come back because of not doing the job properly. They are always friendly and professional. My carpets aleays look great and stay clean. I have used the for years and wouldn't use anyone else. read more

4th of July fireworks literally scared the crap out of one of my dogs. Called Valet to set up an appointment. They were very friendly and professional. Showed up on time, cleaned very quickly and removed all stains! Highly recommended if you need a carpet cleaning! read more

Terrible customer service! They never showed on the date and time of appointment. When they apologized and rescheduled, they charged an additional fee for coming out, claiming no one was there the first time! Someone was in the home waiting for them for hours, and they charged us for their mistake. Called customer service to handle this and they were rude and nasty, telling me that we were lying. Refused to let me speak to owner/manager saying that "he would call me." Guess who never heard back even after multiple attempts to follow-up. VERY RUDE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Will never use again, will never recommend. Take your money elsewhere. read more

I am very pleased with valet carpet cleaning. It had been a while since I had my carpets done, and I'm so happy now! They did a wonderful job, and my carpet looks brand new again. I would defiantly recommend them. I will keep them in mind, when I decide to get it cleaned again! read more

I was very impressed with the job that they did. The technician was very nice and took the time in my home to make sure that he got all the stains out of the carpet throughout my whole home. We have 4 dogs and the owner of the company even came out a few days later to retreat our home with the enzyme treatment. I would highly recommend! read more

They were able to schedule on a weekend with very short notice to help prep our home for listing. The co-owner himself came out and did a great job. Very low moisture, pet friendly, and the carpets look amazing. I honestly didn't think certain spots were salvageable but they came right up without much treatment. I strongly recommend this company and will use them again in the future. They even text messaged appointment reminders which was nice. read more

I've been meaning to post a review for awhile now. The person I made the appointment with was rather rude and I almost didn't book with them. I did anyway and two technicians were sent. One technician was spot on. He was friendly and professional. The other technician took a #2 in my bathroom. How disgusting! They called to tell me that they were ahead of schedule so they could come to me early. I would have preferred that they took there time so he could have gone to the bathroom before he came to my house. There were still some spots left on the carpet also, so with all of the above I will not use them again. read more

awful customer service: I called them with a groupon coupon. the guy who answered the phone refused to give me a tentative date for coming to clean the carpet because i didnt have the confirmation # of the coupon in my hand. when i called him back with the confirmation number, he gave me a date 11 days out. i told him that was unacceptable since i needed to move in ASAP. when i asked him why he wouldnt give me a date on the first call he told me he needed to know which coupon it was. hello, i told him that in the previous all and he refused to give me a date. doesnt really matter. got the money back from groupon. NEVER and i mean NEVER will i do business with them and i will be sure to tell everyone of my horrible experience. read more
