I noticed in September a small nail on the middle of a step on the staircase that was put there when the floors were installed. This is where my foot lands so I've gotten cut frequently as a result. After numerous calls in requesting service, someone finally came out in December to take a look. He wasn't sure if the nail is supposed to be there or not so he was going to talk to the installer and get back to me. He never did and I found out in January that he no longer works with the company. I was constantly calling and emailing trying to get help with this and no one followed through. Finally someone was supposed to come out tonight from 6-8 but of course no one did. It is now April 20th and I'm still dealing with this.
