I found Trusted Handyman through Yelp while looking for help with a leaking door. Water had been pouring in through it during the heavy rains recently and I didn't know where to turn. I got a response within minutes and an offer to come by to assess the issue and come up with a plan. Stephen came by initially and was very thorough in checking out my door and coming up with a plan to help me and we scheduled a time for him to come back and do the work; he actually worked me in around another job so that it could be fixed as soon as possible! Stephen and Clint came to do the work as promised and they were both extremely professional, thorough, and explained everything well. I had a great experience with this company and will definitely use them again for some renovation work in the future. The most impressive thing to me was that even though I know they do much more demanding and extensive work they treated my small project as their number one priority while they were here....and Stephen has even checked back in to see how the door held up after it rained again. Stephen is an absolute life saver! My fiancé and I moved to Charleston last week after buying a condo sight unseen. When we arrived, we realized there were a lot of things that needed to be fixed ASAP. Initially I called two handymen whose numbers I received who told me they couldn't be out to our place for 1-2 weeks. I then went on Google and found the Trusted Handyman (and all of his great reviews). I called and Stephen said he could come out THAT DAY. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. He ended up re-doing our closet by removing shelves and hanging heavy duty bars, changing a ceiling light fixture, removing a mounted TV and mounting it on another wall, hanging kitchen cabinets, and helping hanging other things such as racks and pictures.
