I could not say enough wonderful things about the thorough service I received from Ryan. He was on…read moretime and called in advance to make sure I would be there as well. I have hired a few handymen in the past and more than once they never have all of the tools or forget a part and they have to make a second trip, not him! He had all of his tools and was very prepared. He was also very honest with his prices and his advice. I had requested three services: tv mounting, hook up of washer and dryer. My dryer was not compatible with the electrical outlet and although he spent time on it because it could not be installed he did not charge me since the task could not be completed. So if you are looking for a handyman that is honest, thorough and does great work use him! I will be having him come back out for more work on my house to hang some curtains in my sunroom!

After a few weeks of searching for contractors and finally meeting one that I could trust, Jack and…read morehis team continued to surpass my expectations even after the contract was signed. They did extraordinary work on my house. I needed a cornice repaired as well as a wall re-stucco'ed. Not only did they come work during the hottest weeks of the year, but they also communicated clearly when the timing needed to be changed due to either unanticipated challenges with the work or the weather. They were professional and kept the inside of my house clean. They went way above and beyond by taking away some trash (that wasn't even theirs!) from my backyard. I don't have much additional work on the house that needs to be done, but if I did, they'd be the first ones I'd call again.

I made a purchase through Walmart…read more The assembly service showed up on the day the item was supposed to be delivered. The item had not been delivered & was delayed in shipping. He left us his card to have us call when the item had arrived for assembly. He was called & came promptly. He was very flexible, assembled the bike, but the assembly was not without its issues. Things needed to be significantly adjusted after assembly. He had also entered our home without our permission scaring our cats & yelled up the stairs to let us know he finished despite him having my personal phone number. He then stated that since he had to come here twice for assembly, we were responsible to pay him for the assembly service. I told him that I had already payed for this service through Walmart, & he insisted anyways that I owed him payment. I was afraid he might come back & take action against us if I did not pay him in that moment. I had already paid $79 for this service, & he charged me $120 via his phone which Walmart now refuses to refund me for. This third party assembly service is out here double charging & scamming customers, making my family feel uneasy in their own home. I do not recommend this company to anyone, & will not be making purchases through Walmart again with their lack of resolution in a situation like this.

We worked with Ivan. Very knowledgeable and not to pushy to get a sale…read more He took us to their suppler to make sure we liked the slab we had picked out. Everyone was great from the template guy to the installers. The counter tops are beautiful. Ed B.

What began as a positive experience ultimately became extremely disappointing due to the quality of…read morethe installation and the lack of customer service afterward. The stone sample I initially reviewed showed little to no visible discoloration. Unfortunately, the actual slab installed in my home has significant color inconsistencies on both sides of the stove that resemble burn marks. There is also a crack at the sink that appears to have been covered rather than properly addressed, along with multiple chips in the stone surrounding the sink. Additionally, the two seams do not line up properly. The seam on the actual countertop is positioned several inches away from the corresponding seam on the backsplash, resulting in an installation that looks poorly planned and unfinished. I have made repeated attempts to have these issues addressed, but my concerns have largely been dismissed. I have been waiting for more than a month to hear directly from the owner regarding a reasonable resolution, only to ultimately be told, in essence, that nothing would be done. The most frustrating part of this experience has been the lack of accountability after payment was made. My experience has left me feeling that the level of attention and customer service I received before the sale was very different from what I experienced afterward. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I strongly encourage prospective customers to thoroughly inspect the finished product and, before making final payment, get clear assurances regarding how installation defects, damage, and quality concerns will be handled.
