Found out after a water loss that additional damage resulted from them not removing the linoleum and just placing the laminate flooring over it. Yet they got paid and we didn't find out until it had to be pulled up. Shady. They don't stand behind their warranty either. The flooring installation in the upstairs bathroom was installed incorrectly and they didn't clean the debris from before installing. We tried to get them to fix under warranty and they claim we need to pay for their installer to come out and if he agrees it was the installer fault they'll reimburse us. This isn't how a reputable business should operate. If you're going to hire them you better watch them the entire time or they will cut corners. Spending time in small claims court wasn't how I wanted to resolve this, but since they won't do the right thing we'll have to see if a Judge agrees with us.

I've had my walls painted in the den, living room, hallway, and entry hall. the painter also painted my cabinets on site, and did an amazing job. He indicated he didn't know what type paint the contractor used, because it wasn't oil based because when he sanded it, it had a powdery feel to it, oil base wouldn't do that. He also stated if I hadn't painted my cabinets, I wouldn't be able to wash them. They were not smooth,and had a dull finish with powdery substance on it. On a second note, he stated that the contractor did a great job with backsplash, Mosaic, flooring, building cabinets, and did a good job painting walls and ceilings, and didnt need a redo, and I agree. I paid the contractor $1350 for the painting of the rooms, and $2500 for the painting of the cabinets. Once again it is sad that the contractor cannot contact me concerning these issues or take responsibility. But if he can live with it so can I.

They did an amazing job and were done quickly just in time for Christmas. The house was left in very clean condition which is a plus as some contractors leave a lot of debris and dust. He was even able to haul away our old carpet for additional fee which saved us much needed stress at the holidays. I plan to use again on a wood floor repair this spring.

I didn't want to have to do anything because of work and my wife being pregnant so I coordinated a delivery through them where they brought all 6000 lbs. into my home, they removed all 1700 ft2 of laminate, padding, and tile from the bathrooms, and carpet on the stairs. We loved the home from the moment we walked in, it just needed some updates to really make it ours. Came on a Thursday and installed the tub without the required rim boards which is required by the installation instructions and was discussed in writing prior. When I reminded him day before they must be installed his response was "we know". Then they didn't install. Quite the attitude for what's the come.... He came back out on Friday to add the boards and reinstall. While I'm at work him and his counterpart text me multiple times job is complete now and they want payment. He threatens to sue me for payment on Monday...again this is the SAME DAY they finished within a couple hours since the job is "complete". Stephen sounded like a desperate money hungry psychopath in my opinion. Alarm bell starts ringing.... I tell them especially since previous days misinstallation I will inspect it and water test before paying them. They try making excuse that "you also can't use water until tile is installed". What a lie! Thank goodness I didn't listen. So the next morning I cut off the tube he had blocked and ran the water and guess what? It leaking like a wide open sieve and damaged the ceiling below. (Video below) Long story short I had to hire an actual plumber who tore out and redid all their shoddy work. The plumbing they did to the spout didn't meet code either and was off center. No washer or propert sealant was installed on the tub drain which is why it leaked. Was also installed way off center. No fasteners were installed in the tub either. It's hard finding ANYTHING that was done properly. He even had the gall to state "you telling us how to do the work and I'm just wondering why you just didn't do it yourself?? We did a good job at a fair price." I regret hiring them and wouldn't recommend...to say the least. Photos and video below. Based on previous reviews he's going to say this is "Fake" and he never worked for me. He doesn't do contracts? Just to get ahead of that....I've posted our contract on my post on Nextdoor. He's also not licensed in the state of South Carolina to perform plumbing work..... this is ILLEGAL. He lies on multiple platforms. He claims Chris is his employee also a tech then he says later he's unaffiliated with him. Never met anyone this untruthful.
