I challenged him again and told him never had my carpet been so wet after cleaning. After 36 hours my carpets were still soaked. He brought industrial equipment over to remove the moisture and left them running for 2 days. Had to dump the buckets three times in one small room. Found out that he wasn't licensed bonded or insured. Have been told by the mfg that oversaturation will lead to the breakdown of the pad and possibly causing the carpet to buckle or just needing to be replaced. Also can create mildew and mold issues. I asked for a full refund but still haven't seen it. Also have told him if I have these issues I'll be holding him Liable for the problems.
