Terry was on time & professional! My couch looks great! I will absolutely book again!

Great job done, called day ahead & they were available. Worker Marion politely called called and came early. Simple technique cleaned carpet stains & wiped baseboards. He worked around furniture we couldn't move. Couple hours and job was done. Sure wish they could have moved all the furniture but I know they don't ( I'd have paid for that if it was an option). Friend of mine used these guys same week based on my recommendation! read more

I found 4 Corners Complete Care on Thumbtack and the technicians did an excellent job. John called when he was on his way. They were super nice and professional. Service was provided on a Monday and everything went well the cleaner was friendly. He mentioned that he had only been in this role 2 months. On Wednesday after I started to moving furniture back into place because there were places still damp I started to really look at carpet and I was very disappointed. There were chemical stains in different areas of the rug. I don't normally post bad reviews and given that this person was apparently new on the job I felt empathy, however as for service as, a warning, that you should definitely carefully look over your serviced areas once dry. This was the first time using a rug cleaning service. Not inclined to use them again. read more

4 Corners is great! They arrived on time and were very professional. They explained the process and finished cleaning the carpet in a decent time while even providing deodorizer at my request. I definitely would recommend them if you need a good cleaning. Book them now. read more

The price was fine for the size of the area done. The technician was on time and courteous and followed procedure for the system 4 corners uses but the carpet didn't look much different after he was done compared to what it was before he started. In fact it had a sticky feeling to it. I rented a Rug Dr. machine and after using it most of the stains that were left behind were gone and the carpets were soft and fluffy again without the sticky feeling as before. I can't understand how spraying a chemical and then buffing it in could be expected to get dirt out of carpeting. After seeing the results I have to say that I wouldn't use this company again and I certainly wouldn't recommend 4Corners to anyone. read more

Josh was AMAZING! He brought our apartment floors back to life and also revived a sofa we have had for many years. Thank you, Josh, for your great customer service and attention to detail. The price was reasonable, and we will recommend to all friends and family! read more

Kenneth arrived on time and was professional and personable. He did what was promised and restored our carpet. He was very knowable and pointed out his suggestions on what was needed but not in a "Pushy sort of way". I will definately use there services again. read more

We had our couch cleaned and sanitized. John came out and did an amazing job. He was professional & friendly. Our couch practically looks new. Thank you for a great job. read more

Corey did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet! He was prompt and professional. I would recommend 4 corners to a friend!

After careful examination and thought, I realize that this company used pressure washing equipment to clean my carpet. The equipment was old, outdated, dirty, and rusty in appearance. The carpet cleaner guy very was nice, but lots of debris was left behind all over the base boards. None of the stains were removed. There was so much water that was left in the carpet in my bedroom that I had to do my best to extract it by soaking it up with towels! It was a complete waste of money and I ended up cleaning behind the cleaning! read more

Our tech did an amazing job. He was very professional and well mannered. YOU deserve 5 stars. I will say I'm a bit disappointed with the company and what they are advertising which is misleading as 4 Corners deserves 0 stars!!!!! $99 for the entire house just sounded to good to be true but I figured there was a catch. The equipment used was a buffer and a vacuum cleaner. Again our tech did the best job he could do with the equipment provided to them however, I'm upset with the advertisement on facebook. I was expecting for a deep cleaning. There was no steam cleaning done, just solution sprayed on the carpet and a buffer with a brilow pad to scrub it and then vacuumed the carpet. I truly felt scammed after everything was done. I could have rented a carpet cleaning machine myself to do the job that was expected. Please DO NOT use this company. I WANT MY MONEY BACK read more

Excellent experience with 4 Corners, great communication from the start, quick response time and free estimate provided. Kenneth is very professional, friendly and courteous. He called with an ETA and arrived on time. He worked effectively and efficiently and completed carpet cleaning for 4 bedrooms and a walk in closet in no time at all. Price was exactly what was previously estimated and very reasonable. I will definitely be using 4 corners in the future! read more

Tiyon Lewis was very professional, thorough and detailed in his work today. He was super kind and talkative. Very polite and a joy to meet. We need more people like Tiyon in this world. ken and Rod were on time, polite and thorough. My carpets aren't quite dry yet but they already look great!

The technician first came professional and explain what he would do ..it was a lot of things he couldn't get up out my carpet he went around one time and was ready to go ...carpet still stained ...he did the bare minimum and left but before leaving and I paid ...he asked for a tip and I told no because I still got to get another company to go behind him ...and proceeded to slammed my door and leave ..I won't be coming back . read more

I utilized 4 Corners Complete Care to clean my carpet today after locating a $99.00 entire house special on Groupon. Overall I was not satisfied with the service and the end result did not quite meet my expectations. I'm big on customer service, I spent last night rolling up my area rugs, sliding furniture around, I didn't think it would be too much for them to slide my "end table" a few inches to clean under it, or shift my "dining room table" a couple of feet in order to clean under that however, the gentleman did not. When he was done I noticed that certain areas in the dining room/living room area were not clean and he said "If you want the areas clean you have to move the furniture prior to us getting here." I understand that they aren't going to move your couch and loveseat but moving an "end table" or pushing a "dining room table" a couple of feet...I didn't think that was too much to ask. The woman that booked my appointment told me that they moved small things however the guy that cleaned my carpet "Chris" told me that they told him "Not to move anything". Needless to say I asked him to go back and clean those areas since I was paying the entire cost of the service, I wanted my entire house cleaned... The end result was that certain areas of my home look clean, these are the areas that were already basically clean or the areas normally covered by an area rug so... the carpet underneath was not soiled. The high traffic areas didn't come entirely clean like they have with other service providers in the past. I guess I'll get a scrub brush and some carpet cleaner and get down on my hands and needs and try to touch up those areas...I was not planning to go back and redo certain areas after paying to get it cleaned. Please note, I have no wine, blood, pet waste or any other hard to clean stains in my carpet, the areas that were not cleaned to my satisfaction were simply high traffic areas, areas near the entry way ect. One other disappointing thing was that an area in one of my bedrooms needed to be cleaned however he told me that his machine was too big to clean that area. (The area between the bed and the window") I asked if they had an extension hose or anything for tight spaces and they did not. Overall, I'm used to a higher level of customer service or willingness to help or assist and I'm generally more pleased with the end result than I was today. It wasn't horrible but I wouldn't utilize them again. read more

By far the best upholstery and onsite rug cleaning, on top of being the best value I've ever used! Allen Garcia is the owner and he was responsive after my initial inquiry, offered great pricing, was polite, called me in advance of his arrival. He and Kai were quick and efficient, even with the extra work needed with my very soiled sofas (vacation rental home). I heard him communicate to his next customer that my job was taking a little longer than expected (whoops), but kept them informed on his arrival time which I thought was very considerate. I will definitely use 4 Corners Complete Care again, and will explore the other services that they offer. Call Allen for great customer service! read more

Allen was great and did a fabulous job. He was on time and very professional. He cleaned my carpets, couches, and bar stools. I was extremely happy. I had two other carpet cleaners and they never even showed up for their appointment. I would recommend this company to everyone. Excellent job. read more

I needed to have the carpets in a rental house cleaned as part of our move out. I set up a project request on Yelp and Allen was super responsive and quick to give a quote. Scheduling was very easy and he provided several 2 hour blocks on the days I had asked about. I scheduled for 8-10 am and he called when he was about an hour out to let me know he was on the way. I was at work and he had options of paying via card on the phone or cash app (super convenient to not have to leave work!). When I went to the house to check on the carpets they looked brand new! Thank you Allen for making it so easy to get this move out requirement completed! read more

Very Poor customer service. Hard to get a hold of, then told they don't service my area even though I'm in their service area. Will not recommend to anyone! Did not even attempt to accommodate making an appointment for me since I'm inside their service area, straight up said to get a refund. read more
