I would never recommend Lowcountry Citrus Solutions. The owner was rude and argumentative with me regarding my scheduled time request.

Having had an excellent experience with the cleaning of my oriental rugs, Lowcountry Citrus Solutions was the only company that I would consider to clean 4 chairs. As always, the scheduling was easy, Randy did his best to get to my job as soon as possible for which I was grateful. The crew arrived exactly on time and they wasted no time getting to work. Rusty and Daniel were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. These guys are a great team and work together very efficiently, taking the necessary time to make sure every inch of my chairs were cleaned. My chairs look brand new! Great job Lowcountry Citrus Solutions and Thank You for a job well done! read more

They have done several jobs for me at my home and also a condo with a bad stain. They were able to get the carpet clean where a dog had some accidents. They are professional, on time, and communicate very well. Highly recommend! read more

I use Lowcountry Citrus Solutions for my place of work and they're great. Randy is quick to respond and always gets me on the schedule when I need him. His team is super thorough and professional. His team is capable of handling massive projects (like what I always have for him!). I've even had to bring them in to go over someone else's work! I highly recommend Lowcountry Citrus Solutions. read more

Friendliest service out there! This is the send time we have had this company out here to perform a cleaning on our sofa and two chairs. The furniture is right next to the eat in so the kids naturally want to touch it right after dinner so it accumulates stains and odors fairly rapidly. We are making an effort to have Randy professionally clean them every year to prolong the life. Both times that I have emailed them I have heard back from Randy, the owner, within an hour tops. Additionally, both appointments were made the same day and he was out here on time and did a thorough cleaning. Randy and his crew are extremely friendly and will go over everything with you in detail. Bonus, the entire house smells clean just from the sofa! He will also leave you with a bottle of citrus cleaning spray and since he knows we have three kids he left us with two. I cannot say enough nice things about this company and we will definitely use/recommend them in the future. read more

Lowcountry Citrus Solutions - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Make sure you communicate clearly what you need. In my initial conversation I said that I had a dog who had urinated on my dining room rug and although I had quick response and they were very nice I had to get an additional rug cleaned in order to meet the $100 minimum. After they left and the rugs dried my original rug still reeked of dog urine. When I called back I was told that there was nothing they could do to get this out of the backing of the rug and now they will reimburse my money for the original rug. Had I known this I would've called someone else to do the job and only had one rug cleaned. He was not especially nice during our last conversation. read more

Great service, great cleaning! Very happy with the carpet cleaning, looks wonderful, smells nice. The extra time that was taken to explain my type of carpet, care, and cleaning was greatly appreciated! read more

I have had all of "the others" through the years and the results were mixed, but this company ALWAYS delivers perfect results. The dog pee on the carpets are always GONE and the dog and cat hair is GONE., the sand embedded is GONE. The carpets are left clean smelling with the citrus that all family members love. The men are courteous, knowledgeable and leave me with a spray solution for "upkeep." I love this company and as long as we have had this house (12 years) we have never used anyone else and will never use anyone else. They are simply the best. You have tried the others, now go for the best. Oh, one last comment, the prices are outstanding! Thanks, guys. See you next year after another hard summer with pets, kids and sand at the beach house. read more

I called for a last minute cleaning for our large sectional and ottoman. They were able to schedule me for the next day! All the other companies I had called we're booked through the next week! Highly professional, courteous, and cooperative with my schedule. Randy and his team were able to come and take care of my issue, a large sofa with a pet odor problem, the very next day after calling and his team was done in less than 20 minutes for my single sofa. Randy was extremely thorough with the issue, and made offer to do a retouch if needed. Recommend to anyone in need of carpet or upholstery cleaning, especially if pet odor is the issue! read more

We had a very good experience with Randy, who was able to schedule a cleaning for our condo carpet on the same day we called. When he came, the electric company had not turned on the electricity but he innovatively used an outdoor plug! The carpets smell and look wonderful! I would definitely recommend this carpet cleaning service. read more

Randy and his crew were just awesome! They were polite, organized, and very efficient. They cleaned 4 large bedrooms, 3 that were upstairs, and went above and beyond when they mopped behind our sofa!! I would highly recommend them! James Is SC read more

Very responsive, and did an excellent job. We had a difficult situation due to our dog getting sick, and Randy was able to clean up the stains with no difficulties.
