They gutted and completely sanitized the unit, literally, with their machinery. The air ducts and behind the walls were purified making the home smell like new. They also accommodated our requests, going above and beyond, replacing carpet, lighting and plumbing fixtures. Ready for fast top-market renting. John went above and beyond when he added screws to my access point into the wall (something the original builders didn't do and instead had a messy and unprofessional glue-job that I had to tear off of the wall).
