We haven't decided who will rebuild our home but based on the responsiveness I've experienced we are considering Belfor for the full job.

Called Minutemen Property Damage Services and they had someone out to our house in Mount Pleasant within the hour, which honestly saved us from way worse damage. The tech walked us through everything before starting, set up the drying equipment, and actually explained why they needed to leave it running for a few days instead of just rushing through it. They also helped us deal with our insurance adjuster which took so much stress off our plate, we had no idea what we were doing with all that paperwork. Tim and his team clearly know what they're doing - this isnt their first rodeo with water damage. Would recommend to anyone dealing with a leak or flooding situation, just wish we never had to use them in the first place lol.

As an owner of several rental properties, I've come across the good, bad and ugly, hundreds of contractors. In a world full of shoddy craftsmanship and lost art if customer service, Matt and team are a breath fresh of air. From initial reach out to follow-up scheduling, Matt has been nothing short of remarkable and a pleasure to work with.

Bess guided me through the process with ease, and went above and beyond to make my unfortunate predicament seamless and painless. John was there within the hour to set up fans and dehumidifiers. When he set them up, he was very cognizant of my ability to maneuver and function in the space, which was thoughtful since we had to leave the fans overnight and they were loud. He even offered flexibility with my work schedule and came to take the fans out when I returned from work the next day. John went above and beyond when he added screws to my access point into the wall (something the original builders didn't do and instead had a messy and unprofessional glue-job that I had to tear off of the wall). I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. They are good people, who actually care about their customers and want the best for them. They don't try to take advantage of people in desperate situations, and do quality work with the appropriate amount of materials. They will not try to overcharge you, and will challenge insurance companies who are trying to nickel and dime. It was absolutely wonderful working with them, and I would recommend them over Service Master any day... 10/10!
