After leaving a negative Google review on December 23, 2025 I emailed the company's executives to express my concerns. Shortly afterward, the CFO contacted me and pressured me to remove the review, implying they would not complete the work unless I did. Because I was left with a hole in my ceiling, I felt forced to comply. Unfortunately, the problems did not end there. Within weeks (Jan. 2026), the ceiling began cracking, and although they returned to address it, the repairs failed again just four months later. The tape is now peeling and clearly visible, and the ceiling shows noticeable lines where the paint texture and color do not match the original finish. To make matters worse, I am now trying to sell my home and have to hire another contractor to repair their poor workmanship. Between the unprofessional behavior from management and the sloppy execution of the work itself, this has been an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company.

Shout out to Isaiah and Antonio, they were professional, knowledgeable,friendly and gave us the peace of mind we had been lacking these last 2days. They even left a HEPA AIR conditioner to pull all the fibers and dust out of the air during the night. He even offered flexibility with my work schedule and came to take the fans out when I returned from work the next day. John went above and beyond when he added screws to my access point into the wall (something the original builders didn't do and instead had a messy and unprofessional glue-job that I had to tear off of the wall). I would recommend them to everyone and anyone. They are good people, who actually care about their customers and want the best for them. They don't try to take advantage of people in desperate situations, and do quality work with the appropriate amount of materials.
