It was Sunday evening when I discovered a plumbing problem at the house. I've had this issue happen years ago so I was pretty confident in the fact that I needed my main line snaked/augered. I feel like the whole point of doing these requests is to get the info you need without a bunch of phone calls and visitors to the house, but it feels like pulling teeth trying to get a quote out of someone. I understand there are variables, but I'm including a description of what I need... at least give me a ballpark. While Holy City is one of the ones that would not offer any pricing, they did offer a free estimate and they also got back to me Sunday evening within minutes of putting in my request. I went back and forth on the app and set up an appointment for Monday morning between 10am-12pm and was told I would get a text 30 mins before to let me know someone was on the way. Well 10-12 came and went with no tech, no call, and no text. I did shoot them a message at that point letting them know that nobody came. A while later, they sent me a message saying that my appointment time had changed and would now be between 3-5pm. No apology or acknowledgement of the missed appointment from that morning. So I replied, "No thank you. You already no call/no showed our first appointment". I get no response on the app so I figure what's done is done. Then I get a text around 3:15pm letting me know a tech is on his way to my home. I responded with a shortened version from above and that I no longer wanted service. Then it seemed I was getting a new message from an Aaron D stating he canceled the appointment and was sorry for the confusion about my appointment. I pointed out that there was no confusion about the appointment and that I was ready and waiting the whole time to which their tech no call/no showed. Then they just reschedule me for 5 hours later with zero explanation or apology. At that point, the problem was already fixed by another plumber from another company who was more reliable. From there, Aaron did apologize for the inconvenience and acknowledged that the mistake was on their end and he would deal with it internally. Based on other reviews and the quick response to my initial inquiry, I was really looking forward to a great experience. Maybe this was a fluke for them, but I can only go off of the experience I had and it was quite disappointing. I'll add an extra star for Aaron reaching out to remedy the situation and acknowledging their mistake, but I won't be recommending them to anyone else.

According to them, everything else was fine. 6 weeks later during an unseasonably hot day in January the tech came out and said we had a hole in our coil, without ever going into the attic and he was in the phone talking the whole time. 10 minutes (and $70) later, he informed us that we needed an entirely new system in our 10 year old house. We have since had several companies come out to quote us a new HVAC system, and all of them said the duct work was fine When we decided to go with another company, they told us that only a manager could cancel maintenance plans and he would have to call me back. I waited over 6.5 hours for him to call me back, where they kept me on the phone for over a half hour before they would cancel our maintenance. Sales focused company with questionable integrity

I called them on a Tuesday and they were able to come out the next day and clean my clogged dryer vent. Yahel and Uziel showed up as scheduled. They were both very kind and professional. Yahel, the owner, kept me in the loop along the way and was upfront about the cost. You can tell he's genuinely a great guy. I'm so happy I decided to give them a call. I was very impressed by the high level of professionalism the owner expects from his employees. After talking with the owner, I am of the opinion that my earlier experience with his company is not indicative of the true profile of his company's attitude and dedication to excellent customer service. Because the owner took my comments on my previous post and used it as a coaching and teaching platform with his employees and knowing how much the owner values customer service, I hereby recommend this service company. At some point in time, all companies will make a mistake and fall short in customer service. The real measurement of a company is how they respond and correct the issue. Myers gets a A+. I recommend this company.

My bathroom toilet was not flushing well so I called for service. I have been a customer for…read more15+years. A tech came out and told me to repair the toilet would be $1300 because of labor. A new one of a lower quality would be a $1200 replacement, which I agreed to as it could happen next day whereas parts would take weeks. When they left I decided to check for myself and found a replacement part on Amazon for $39 but also discovered that the part in question was an easy removal (push, twist, release) and that it was merely coated with 15 years of tank sludge. I removed the water, washed it well, reinstalled and now have a perfectly working toilet and not a $1300 bogus repair bill. Stay away from these people. Check the BBB and you will see other similar instances.

George showed up at the scheduled time, answered all of my questions, gave us a demo, told us the cost and quickly followed up with a written estimate. Again, I could have scheduled on line, but I called so I could request George to perform the service. We were able to track George's ETA on line. He was on time and prepared the rooms plus the garage in the blink of an eye. He was efficient, professional and friendly. When completed, he moved everything back with no problem. What a difference!
