That's right, multiple neighbors used South Shore Roofing and were 100% happy with their work. We had an appointment on a Friday afternoon, they showed up when they said they would. They confirmed the appointment in advance as well. We received an estimate that day and signed the contract shortly thereafter. They took care of everything including getting POA/HOA approval, which was not an easy feat with our POA. We received approval and work commenced within the week. They sent me photos of the work that they were doing as they did it too. They found dry rot under the shingled roof and replaced all the wood before placing the new roof on. We had a shingled wraparound porch, but opted to go with a metal roof for looks and longevity. We LOVE it! Customer service is top notch, follow up is amazing. The value was outstanding - and would easily contract with them again. We are delighted with the work and the company.

It was like pulling teeth to get a written estimate, went with them as they were the only people I found that would do the work for the amount the insurance would pay. It took months for them to come out & numerous callbacks because of shoddy drywall & paint work. Matt is the worst. He won't return calls or texts of emails. It was only upon selling the house 6 months later that the home inspector noted all the storm damage that wasn't fixed & the shoddy workmanship. Contractor Connections couldn't make them give back the $2500 I had to spend to get it right. Their warranty means nothing. They came out when I wasn't there & pulled out some cap nails that the mitigation team put in day 1 & gooped up the nail heads and and pipe boots. Don't do it !
