I had the pleasure of meeting his wife, Mary who also runs the business and she was the nicest and most thankful person ever. She even had her dog Sadie there. Sadie was a cutie and so sweet. With that said, I have a puppy and unfortunately she urinated on my couch. I did everything to try to clean the cushion. I even spent $250 on a Bissell carpet/ upholstery cleaner. I used many cleaners, including oxy and pet urine specific ones. But nothing worked because the urine was deep inside the cushion. Luckily, I brought my cushion to Carpet Fresh and they literally saved me from buying a new couch. I don't know what their process is, but I do know they injected the cushion in combination with a few other cleaning methods. When I picked up my cushion, it had a pretty heavy citrus scent, but luckily it went away after a few days. So between my cushion no longer smelling like urine and their survice not costing an arm and a leg, I couldn't be happier. Lastly, when I dropped of my cushion, I dealt with Matt. He was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. He is a great representation of what the company is about. I'm very thankful that I gave Citrus Fresh a chance and I will not hesitate to contact them for all my future carpet/ upholstery and other cleaning needs.

I was okay paying the $50: but when I brought the runner and they filled out the paperwork and measured the runner, They then told me it was a $100 minimum. At no time on phone or when I first arrived was I told there was a minimum fee charged. It was like you are here now, and we can charge what we want, not what was quoted. I was shocked and very disappointed with the bait and switch. You need to be forthright, not underhanded like you were being. They also told me if I brought in a full size rug, they could clean my runner for the $50 at the same time. So they wanted me to pay for another rug(over $300) and the runner. They partitioned off the bathroom and performed remediation on the area. They also scrubbed down the walls and all the carpets on that floor to make sure that all the surrounding rooms had been treated too. What Went Wrong: Floor bubbled throughout, the tounges were broken during instalation- see pictures **Defective Installation:** - Company sent ONE installer to complete 2,300 sq ft in extreme heat with no air conditioning - During installation, I noticed and photographed improper cuts that would cause bubbling - TWO separate contractors on-site confirmed my concerns - The installer dismissed all warnings (I have the recorded voice message) - The floor bubbled exactly as predicted - The work was so defective I could not sell my home without hiring another company to redo it **Abandoned Project:** - After the defective installation, they promised multiple times to return and fix the issues - They never returned - I reached out repeatedly - no response - My partner reached out repeatedly - no response - I specifically contacted their estimator Wander on September 7th and 8th - for final chance to corret the problem, no response - They completely abandoned the project after taking $3,000 **Contradictory and False Claims:** - First, they claimed they couldn't return because I hadn't paid a $1,000 balance (payment was due upon completion - they never completed the work) - Then they claimed they told me to use that $1,000 to hire another company - They falsely claimed I "changed the flooring on installation day" - completely untrue and provably false with receipts and security footage - Their own estimator Wander viewed, approved, and praised the exact flooring during the initial estimate **Unprofessional Behavior:** - Demanded $1,000 payment for defective work - Threatened to place a lien on property (they have no contract with the property owner) - Made repeatedly contradictory statements in writing - Refused to take responsibility for their defective work - Blamed the customer instead of admitting their mistakes ## What I Have Documented: - Receipts and purchase records - Security camera footage - Photos of the defective installation taken during the work - Written assessments from multiple contractors - All communication records showing their abandonment - Their own contradictory statements in writing ## The Bottom Line: I paid $3,000 for completely unusable work that had to be entirely redone by another company.
