Store just off Leslie, but must drive in coming south on Leslie as there's a one way boulevard separator. I googled them for general info and noticed some really bad Google reviews which was very off putting, and at first deterred me from coming here. So I came here to browse as they had a great sale on Riobel products, which is hard to find since they only sell to bath boutique stores that have longevity presence. I've been here 3 times this week (january 2018 Snowmageddon) and this store despite the snow dump and freezing snow-rain has customers constantly coming in and out. They seem to have at least three sales staff that are always here, and they all acknowledge you and ask if you need help. Kal(Khaled) was the guy that helped me and was really nice without any pressure. He understood I needed some items today or fast and helped to call for expedited delivery. Then I returned a few days later to return a tap because my plumber needed another style set up, and he remembered me and offered to exchange to another item, as the refund policy is strict here. They have a house brand called Royal, which syle looks like another premier brand but for way less, and it feels really solid, full of metal not plastic parts like you get at a big box store. Lots of high end bathroom plumbing parts, free standing, bath tubs, toilets, bowl sinks and vanities on sale over the winter. My work colleague did warn me, she also bought from them at this sale, and a small piece was missing from her shower set in the sealed box. When she asked for them to help they referred her to the company(Grohe in this example) as they are the ones who packed the boxes and can send the replacement/missing pieces and not this store. I can see why this would upset customers, but Home Depot would do the same. So far so good, happy with my purchases on plumbing hardware.

The owner Jon is very welcoming and eager to help with lots of knowledge as he also installs. He sells his own brand (stone haus) and has some familiars on sample boards. I'm pretty sure this little 3-4 room store has every single tile, backsplash and decent pricing to compare to. He was not pushy at all but gave room for us to browse and think and stare way too long at two similar grey rocks. I absolute love the hand cut, reclaimed wood mantels he had, 5 ft was $350 and 6ft was $450! Unbelievable price as most places we saw started at $800 and up. This showroom is small so the placements of sample can be overwhelming, unlike shopping around the Vaughan area where there is lots of space and everything is laid out like artwork. Think of it like shopping at a Winners/home sense, you know there's treasure to be found if you are patient to browse!

I am not a regular Bed Bath & Beyond shopper. I have dropped by this store in Richmond Hill in the…read morepast, but I average shopping here every few years! For the longest time, I have wanted a Sodastream machine. I like the idea of making my own fizzy drinks and feeling classy sipping them. I like the thought of reducing the number of cans and bottles I use when buying pop and sparking drinks. Every little bit helps. I noticed in my inbox that Bed Bath & Beyond had a $20 coupon of an entire order. I decided to use it towards my new Sodastream machine. I also ordered a bottle of raspberry mint syrup to get started on my adventure making fizzy drinks. I ordered online and used my coupon to get $20 off my order. I chose to pick up both items. The minor problem? The Sodastream model that I wanted was available at my local Markham location and not at this store. My raspberry mint syrup was in stock here, but not at the Markham store. Yes, I visited two different Bed Bath & Beyond stores within two hours. It was nice getting reacquainted with them. This store is with a bunch of box stores, including Winners, PetSmart, Best Buy, and more. There was plenty of parking on a Saturday afternoon. I browsed around the store. It was clean and bright. I looked at hand sanitizer and masks, and planted myself in the small appliances section for the longest time. I went to the pickup counter. My wait wasn't long. I gave the woman my name and a brief description of my item. She went to a couple of locked cabinets to fetch my bottle of beverage syrup. I provided photo ID (yay to an expired driver's licence that is valid these days during this pandemic) and the bottle was mine. I thanked her and left. On my way out the door, I was mesmerized by a cute Sun Bum ape mascot holding a tube of lip balm. I looked like such a tourist taking a photo of him. Sadly, he wasn't for sale. Otherwise, I would have bought him on impulse. I had a great experience picking up my order. I'll come back and shop here in a few years... haha! (224)

Customer service offered no kind of discount for this major inconvenience and is still not ready to ship what I ordered after 3 weeks. Very disappointing. I would recommend buying from somewhere else. I'll never order from here again.
