I had purchased custom cabinets from this business which were incorrectly built according to our…read morepurchase agreements and drawings. This business did not take it seriously to come back to do the final measurements after I had paid the deposit for the purchase of cabinets as what they had promised and now the cabinets were built incorrectly according to our agreements and drawings. And also the business had forgotten about the removable to slide out panels for the valance lights and now all the bottom panels are blocked. I had three electrician contractors who came to give me a quote and all of them are not confident to take off all the cabinet doors and remove the panels to install the wiring and lights. I spoke to the manager many times in person and later on in writing through emails because I do not trust her anymore. The manager seems not willing to correct the mistakes and gave many excuses and made up things to hide her mistakes and negligence and also tried to persuade me to take and accept their incorrectly built cabinets. I don't think it is reasonable for me as a customer to take it and suffered just because of her negligence. And now, the counter tops of the lower cabinets are on hold until the business had fully corrected and finished their job. I have been unable to use my kitchen for almost two months now. The BBB had sent the second notice to this business and hopefully the BBB will receive the business' reply by the due date.

When we contacted the company, they sent us to their warehouse saying that they will polish it. My contractor brought it to the warehouse and they refused to polish it. They just rubbed some Vim to erase the marks. So at first the company said that it would be polished, then they called back and retracted by saying it does not come polished. They made no apologies of their failure to inspect the product before releasing it. However, the more frustrating part was the fact that the woman (Markham location) was extremely rude, unapologetic while talking over me. She actually blamed me for calling them "months" later (in fact, it had been exactly 3 weeks; my contractor picked up the countertop). I asked to speak to the manager and she said no, because they were in China. She was accusatory, uncompromising, and just plain rude. Beware, the price might be right but the quality and service is not at par.
