My project coordinator, Alex, was unprofessional and difficult to work with. Because the on-site contractors did not speak English, I had to rely entirely on Alex to relay instructions, which led to major misunderstandings. For example, during the installation of a glass shield, it was clear that Alex and the contractors were not on the same page. I immediately called Alex and requested that we hold off on that portion for a couple of days to sort it out. He dismissively told me, "No, we're doing it now." Predictably, the glass was installed with extremely poor quality and would not have lasted a year. While the manager, John, eventually stepped in and replaced it, the situation should have been avoided entirely.Furthermore, I experienced pushback from John early on. I purchased veined tile and wanted to review the layout beforehand to ensure the pattern flowed correctly. Alex told me that the installer, Ethan, only lays tile and does not handle the design or layout. When I tried to oversee this, John accused me of "micromanaging" and told me to just trust their work. Unfortunately, my instincts were correct--the final floor tile layout looks completely uneven and poorly planned.To make matters worse, I was charged an extra $500 to install a floating vanity, which they mounted far too high. I literally have to stand on my tiptoes just to lean over and brush my teeth. When I brought this to their attention, they blamed the issue entirely on the plumbing. I have since had an independent professional inspect it, and they confirmed the plumbing was not the issue at all; it was simply a bad installation.I paid this company in full, but did not get the quality or outcome I was promised. They offered zero compensation or partial refunds for these permanent mistakes. Please be very careful if you choose to use this company for your remodeling needs.

I bought a Como brand kitchen faucet and paid $150.00 for it, thinking it would be good quality. Looks are deceiving, and the price led me to believe that I was buying a good quality faucet but I was wrong. It was easy to install, it looks beautiful, but you only have 2 choices of water temperature.... scalding hot or freezing cold. There is no way to moderate the water temperature. It`s almost impossible to get a balanced warm temperature. I am either scalding my hands, or freezing them. The faucet is complete garbage, and now I have to buy a new faucet because I didn`t return it, so that`s on me. However, I thought I would get used to the horrible temperature settings after a few weeks, but alas, I was incorrect in my assumption. I will now go to Home Depot and get a Kohler or Moen.

But my contractor could not install it due to some unforeseen circumstances. When we opened the boxes months later we noticed that the refrigerator was missing. I did not expect anything from the company since it was my fault most probably that I did not check the shipment correctly or the refrigerator was stolen or something else. I still contacted with the company just to ask them if they could check if they sent the item. They checked and confirmed that it was sent. But surprisingly they sent me a replacement free of charge as a compliment. The customer service by BHARATI was very timely, effective, courteous and responsive. She called me and sent emails enough times about this ticket and for other purchases I placed later and a couple delivery problems. I don't know about the products' quality or durability as they are still not installed but I am very confident if I have further problems the company will stand by their products. Overall, great company, greater customer service and greatest representative.

I was irritated but agreed to the following Saturday (today, 7/25/2026). An hour before the scheduled time for the install I received a text that they couldn't come today. My wife and kids are on a vacation that I didn't go on because I needed to be here. The man that scheduled the install is very unresponsive and gets back to you days later after you reach out to him. I immediately thought of the garage door- my instincts were right. Hubby called Sean, he came here within a couple of hours took care of the door, replaced the parts needed. As a business Profix is reliable, quick, and provides excellent service from start to finish. The only reason I moved forward with them is their 3 year guarantee on parts and labour. But we will see if they actually honour it or not and I'll be sure to report here and other sites on my experience if it comes to that which i hope it doesn't. NOTE this says i'm in San Francisco which I'm not. I"m in Mississauga.
