This company is GREATLY overrated…read more Our project involved a large backyard space transformation and included installation of a fiberglass pool, sport court and stone patio. The cost of the project was well above 200K. Throughout, our project was marred by delays, setbacks, mistakes, and frustrations in dealing with a company that refuses to take accountability and has very little interest in striving for customer satisfaction. In the end the experience was wholly unpleasant and I would not recommend this company. I waited a year to post this review in a fair effort to have the owner address multiple deficiencies (for details see Homestars review). After being ignored and receiving more gaslighting comments, I finally felt that it was important for other potential customers to hear of a different experience with this company. In my opinion, a company's true nature is shown by how they address mistakes and strive for customer satisfaction. No one is perfect but to continually ignore, deflect and string along a paying customer like ME did to us is completely unacceptable. By the way, the latest "glowing" review prior to mine is from the wife of the owner of the company!

Its only fair that I post my recent experience with Yuri and Uco Construction and update my review…read more There were some issues this spring with my stained deck after the snow had all melted off of it but, after Yuri got back to me, he and his employees got to work and they have restored my faith in his company and the quality of work that they do. My deck was re-sanded and re-stained and they even replaced some damaged wood planks that were in bad shape. It is a pleasure to see that there are still companies and people out there that care about the work that they do and ultimately care about keeping their customers satisfied. Yuri is a man of his word and he took care of whatever issues that we had and I highly recommend his company. Thank you Yuri for being a gentleman and a good business person. Nobody is perfect out there and the key to being good at what you do is how you take care of unexpected issues that my occur in business and I know that Yuri and Uco Construction is a company that you can trust.
