Really cute restaurant on Main Street in Marinette. Very clean and friendly staff. Waitress was nice and prompt. I will probably not be back though. Menu had a house salad for 9.99 (see menu). Ordered that with sweet potato fries. Food came and the salad was the most blah salad ever. No cucumbers and basically a pile of iceberg lettuce. That's fine but not a 9.99 salad. Bill came (see receipt) and I was charged 10.49 for the salad. Fries were good though ‍

Happened upon Ironworks while flipping through Yelp looking for a dinner spot. We ended up going on a Tuesday which happened to be hoagie night. I ordered up the brisket hoagie with fries. The sandwich was pretty good. Lots of flavor. We started with an order of cheese curds and fried pickles. Both of those were pretty tasty as well.

Don't order wings from here on wing night. Ordered take out at 6:50. Was told to pick it up at 7:15. 1) Order wasn't ready until 7:40 2) 1/3 of the wings were the wrong flavor 3) ALL the wings were cold 4) Many of the wings were undercooked. Stopped eating after biting into the pictured wing. 1 star for hot French fries at least. Was so pumped for wing night. Now just hoping we don't get sick.

We came here while our driving around. It was a really cool restaurant and the food was on point. They weren't really busy but I'm sure it has the ability to get poppin. I asked for a recommendation and they didn't disappoint. I got the hot chicken sandwich and I brought half of if home. I didnt want to stuff myself with the big portion and I didnt want to stop eating it. I was so excited to bring half home for later and couldn't wait to eat. So good! We had the guy with the curly mustache waiting on us. He was cool but could have been more attentive especially since the place was dead. He forgot to bring another mixed drink after it was ordered.. but overall it was a good experience

It's not a dive bar but it's in a dive bar town Love their drink prices Most everyone that knows me knows that I am a Yelp junkie. So the frequent question at the end of a meal is "what would you give it?" My initial response on Ironworks was high two or low three. Then the bill came. Hot damn! Bumping them up to a high three or borderline four. While the food is not great, the drinks are dirt cheap. From what I can tell, Ironworks is one of the newest places in town. Our server, LeiLani (who was excellent) said they had been open just under a year. It shows. Driving around town, most of the places look like they have been there since the 50's if not longer. Ironworks feels like it could fit in any typical hipster urban neighborhood. The orders are taken on IPads. The variety of the menu leaves a little bit to be desired. There is not a whole lot there there. Got a Philly Cheese steak with Cajun fries for nine bucks. The Philly was kind of dry, but the fries were legit. Now get this...I got two pints of Bell's Two Hearted for two bucks total. Rail whiskey on the rocks was a buck fifty. Not sure if it was happy hour or not (we got there a little after 6), but I would come back to this place just to drink.

It was cold in the building but I bet if the place is packed it gets hot. I like that they have traveling music and local bands playing their own music. No cover songs here! The cover was $7 which is decent and the drink prices are competitive. The bathrooms are in Keggers next door though not in the actual Lyric Room. I will for sure stop in again to see some bands.

Check out Five 4 Dive they were the opener and were terrific! The venue is small but it works. Its a more intimate feel (as weird as that is for pop punk bands). There is a small bar in the back and the bartender was awesome. Drinks were strong and cold. The Lyric Room is attached to Keggers bar and the entrance is through the bar. They give you a wristband so you can go into the bar to get drinks and/or use the restroom. There is a sign saying max capacity is 99 for the Lyric Room and I feel that would be really crowded if that were the case. There are a few bar tables along the wall but other than that its standing room only. It does get very warm in there but there is a coat rack that you can hang a jacket on if you get too hot. I cant wait to go back and see other bands at this place. Definitely a great place for live and local music.

Contrary to Hunter's fallacious testimony, I have never witnessed anyone smoke anything in the bathrooms, nor have I seen any "drug-related" or criminal activity inside or outside the establishment. Regardless of the shift being worked, the day of the week, or the event being held, the staff is always kind and welcoming, and the service is always prompt. The owner is personable, easy-going, and charming. The bartenders at this bar are very adept, highly experienced in serving large crowds. Because of this, the customer service remains outstanding during those busy nights with live music. Hunter B.'s accusations about cleanliness are also erronious, as the staff works hard to maintain a safe, clean environment. As I've already stated, Hunter's review is completely fabricated/mistaken; Frets and Friends is a friendly, trustworthy bar, with a wonderful staff. Hunter B.'s nonsensical review is nothing short of slander and it should be removed.
