The workout itself was great, but the experience was disappointing. The instructor gave no welcome or guidance--just told us to get on the machines. Directions were often based on local references (e.g., "face Brickell"), and when we weren't facing the right way, they repeated, "Again, you're facing Brickell." Obviously, as visitors, we had no idea where that was. Despite this, we gave it another shot the next day with our full group ( as we booked it weeks before ). We left early but got stuck in Miami traffic due to a bridge delay, arriving three minutes before class. Even after calling ahead, we were turned away because new students must arrive five minutes early--no offer to reschedule, just a blunt refusal. If this is their protocol, then they probably should have enforced it the day before when we also arrived late. I'm grateful they didn't, but the inconsistency is frustrating when you expect one thing and are then told there are strict rules. While we did get a refund, the lack of hospitality stood out compared to everywhere else we visited in Miami. If they improved customer service and gave better guidance for beginners, I'd gladly return--the workout itself was solid, and the studio has a cute vibe. P.S. For newcomers and even locals, you'll need to enter the building, show your ID to the lovely lobby attendant downstairs, and he'll guide you to Tremble, which is on the fourth floor.

It has a cozy feel to it but the floor to ceiling windows give it city like vibe. The class was no joke -- good upbeat music, full body movements that focus on core strength and of course an empowering instructor to get you through the workout. Can't wait to go back!

After training at SWEAT 440 for over 2 years, I could say that it was an exciting first year and a…read moreregular second year. The Good: 1.- Definitely having the flexibility schedule is the main benefit. Classes start every 10 minutes. 2.- The training programa are generally good. I like the idea of not having to think in advance the exercises for a workout. 3.- 40 minutes and you are all set. This is how long the classes last. The Not So Good 1.- I don't know if they vacuum the carpet daily, but it should be done more throughly. Most of the time after a floor exercise, I get up with hair over my body. 2.- During peak hours, sometimes they don't have enough towels. 3.- The staff is super nice, but I would like they being more active correcting exercises or posture. 4.- After training for two years, in some exercises, the weight is not challenging anymore. 5.- Cancellation process is slow. You cannot do it at the studio, you have to call to a phone number and they take their time to help you. In the end, I am cancelling because I feel like I am stalled. I would like to try something different and might come back in the future If I am able to keep my rate.

Repeated visits shows up on the screen as extra motivation and helps. I love the attention to detail this studio provides to the members. The bathrooms are always clean. My only complaint is that not all the staff cares to help you adjust and fix your posture or work on the form correctly. It's a bit frustrating to watch the staff not help the members. As a member for years, I've seen staff change and it's unfortunate that the staff right now isn't as attentive as they used to be when they opened. However, if you know what you're doing, this is a great workout in 40 minutes and keeps your heart rate up the entire time.

I recently abandoned my ritzy gym membership for ClassPass. I was excited to give Epic Hybrid…read moreTraining a try! There's a handful of different class formats that rotate, and within those workouts are circuits that also change monthly. Epic is a national chain, so you may be doing the same workout as a friend who goes to the outpost in NYC, SF, DC, or maybe just Coral Gables. Each class is 45 minutes and consists of a warmup, circuit, and cool down. By the time you're done mopping the floors, it ends up going a little over, but you'll probably be in and out within an hour. Even though it's strength training and you do exercises you may be used to doing in shoes, you're actually barefoot which I love! I've only been a handful of times but plan on returning again and again. The instructors are super kind and motivating. I always feel like I get a good workout and know I'll get stronger with consistent attendance. Not only that, but I'm planning for my first Tough Mudder this year and know this is the perfect place to train. Would definitely recommend giving this spot a try, no matter where you are on your fitness journey.

5 Star workout and community…read more I usually do not review places other than restaurants, but this place deserves a great shoutout. This is not your usual workout. Everyday of the week is a different workout, with all the workouts changing every month; this will keep you on your toes on every workout, challenging yourself to learn and master new moves. Aside for the ever varying workouts, the instructors are great, they are always there to motivate you to push you a bit harder, and if you have questions they will also be there to assist you. In contrast to Crossfit, the exercises at Epic allow you to work at your own pace and level, you will see people who modify the every station to make it suitable for them, while others will level them up. But the most attractive point about Epic for me is its sense of community. If you have ever gone to a gym by yourself you will notice the difference that comes working out with someone side by side, it pushes you to work harder, to improve, and to take the boring out of the workouts. This is not a place to go if you are looking to "build up" given that the exercises are of a high intensity nature, but if you are looking for a community that will help you stick with your fitness goals Epic is a great choice.

The teachers here are amazing especially Karen who teaches Fridays at 8 am. She takes very careful attention to detail in her classes and is incredibly helpful in making adjustments to your poses. At first I thought that 75 minutes would be too long for a yoga class but I am pleasantly surprised by how good I feel after going through all the different flows and stretches in a class. A must try studio for yogis both new and experienced.

Seriously?! While I do believe that there is a divine energy that all spiritual practices connect to, there is NO all encompassing magical ancient alignment between Vedic tradition and Mesoamerican timekeeping - WHAT THERE IS is modern Miami marketing that tosses two unrelated cultures into a blender, and slapping on a sparkly label, 'Galactic Signature.' If you're truly tapping into cosmic energy, a high-octane Power Vinyasa flow for the gym body ego is the last type you'd promote. This place is spiritual smoothie that manages to be culturally tone deaf to both India and the Maya simultaneously.....all while overcharging to pretend that doing extra Chaturangas because of a Blue Cosmic Hand is anything other than a workout with a heavy layer of appropriation. It must be nice to have leverage over communities that either cannot or typically do not speak for themselves. I'd LOVE to see you try this with different ethnicities and see if you'd get away with this chopping up. It seems the rock climbing and bungee jumping rattled your brains enough to think spitting out this new age b.s. was spiritual aligned and culturally respectful.
