Spinning has become such a big part of my life. I'm just shy of 700 rides and already looking forward to the day I hit 1,000! ‍ There's just something about getting on that bike, the music, the energy in the room, and pushing yourself through a ride. No matter what kind of day I'm having, this place has become my escape. I can walk in carrying the stress of the day and they help me walk out feeling completely different. They also offer red light therapy, which is great for sore muscles and recovery, and leg compression therapy, which feels amazing after a good workout. This place really is my happy place. I love the energy, the instructors, the people I've met, and all the rides I've shared with them and even the Pilates has me hooked. It's become so much more than just a place to work out. Give it a chance--I'm pretty sure it might become your happy place too! ‍ ‍

The hostess was incredibly sweet, waving the $4 cleats fee as it was technically my first class and I was unaware. Making my way to their locker room, they were decorated for Valentine's Day. I thought it was a sweet touch. The rooms, including the bathrooms, were very clean and smelled nice. Bathrooms were equipped with all the essentials, including feminine products, which I appreciated. My instructor was Dariann. Super sweet and high energy. She was engaging and motivating, keeping everyone in good spirits during the class. I enjoyed the song choices and the over all energy of the class. At the end of the session, the hostess was waiting at the door with cold towels. After an intense workout, those really were welcomed! :-D Looking forward to my next class.

The instructors are always helpful, accommodating, encouraging & challenging. They offer over 90 classes a week at an affordable unlimited monthly rate and they're not pretentious at all. People go there to work out and Tony, Phil & Niecey will know you by name making you feel that you belong because you do! If you want to get in & get out that's fine, too. There's a variety of classes including: HIIT (Zone), spin, Pilates Reformer, yoga, Zumba, TRX and if you want to look at their entire lineup check them out on the MindBody app. The class variety and quality to cost just can't be beat. These are quality classes where there's something for everyone, beginner or novice. I find the classes are always challenging and I've been working out for a while. Yet don't be intimidated if you're new either b/c they do a great job at modifying until you're ready to add that extra weight, rep, whatever it is that you need. As I mentioned before this studio is not pretentious. No one there has to look like silicone Barbie or Ken to give you a good workout or work out beside you. It's a friendly laid back atmosphere, but you'll still get a great workout. The instructors are all great! They teach to their own style, but are always challenging. Stacey is the best Pilates Reformer instructor hands down. I believe she has over 20 yrs of experience. Everyone's always shaking & sweating (sometimes limping, in a good way) from her class. Jimmy is hardcore, like a drill sergeant, but always changes it up and will offer modified versions if you need. Colleen and Darnell are also great and always change things up, so you're never bored. They're both so encouraging, motivating and have the best music. Lastly, regarding the billing when I had any issue (which was maybe once) I'd call or ask in-person. I think sometimes technology & billing can require a bit of a learning curve, so be patient and bring it up if it wasn't resolved to your liking the first time. I find it's likely oversight than intentional because that was the case with me. I hope more great things are to come and that they expand their members, space and classes!

Marty is an amazing guy - super friendly but incredibly knowledgeable. He has trained many professional athletes so he knows his stuff. He really focuses on technique and I feel I have learned a ton in the past year. I even had a one on one training session with him and it was awesome. The cardio classes here are fun and intense. They are definitely an awesome workout as I feel pretty spent after each session. There are people of all levels in the class and absolutely no judgement on beginners. There are many regulars that have been coming for years and everyone is very friendly. First off, this place is very clean and they have all the equipments you need to work out. Every day the workout is different. All the coaches are amazing they are super friendly they motivate you and support you with anything you need. Coach Lorraine the owner was the first person I spoke to and she is amazing in helping you do your best and guide you with all the movements correctly during the workouts. With the membership, you receive emails with lots of nutritional tips and food findings. You do not have to be experienced to come to the box you start wherever you are and you work your way up! Warning: you get addicted! I have to go at least three or four times a week! What is motivating also is that you work out with a group of people who are friendly, fun and encourage you do your best and I think that's what's important to have at a box. There are special workouts that sometimes happen throughout the year. For Christmas you can win a T-shirt if you come for a certain amount of days. They also offer I believe a one-week trial if you'd like to give it a shot. There is also a little section for you to charge your phone. They also sell water, but have a filter to just refill your bottle! You looking forward to going because you get to see your workout friends who become like family. Everyone is so supportive. What I love most is how encouraging and inclusive the coaches and members are with my special needs son. Everything is modified to meet him where he is at based on his age and his intellectual and physical abilities. This gym has honestly changed our lives in the most positive ways. It's hard to explain in words, you've just got to come and experience it. I'm a 40 something mom and wife and have seriously never felt better. I'm not athletic, but I find the challenge of completing Crossfit workouts so rewarding. And doing so have given me confidence in all aspects of my life beyond the gym.
