We're juggling post-lead and asbestos remediation, renting a place 40 minutes away, working full-time, and caring for a young child. Instead of being upfront about his "one-contractor only" expectation, he chose to waste our time and walk away on the spot. It came across as unprofessional, inflexible, and dismissive of our situation. If you consider hiring Seong, make sure you ask very clearly about his attitude toward competing bids and your time.
