He was in line with what we estimated from pricing information on the net. He didn't pressure us with a sales pitch. One thing I learned from looking at reviews was to have the price per plywood sheet included in the contract. He gave us a date and started on that date (was surprised because of all the rain we've had lately). His crew worked hard all day and were very courteous. They cleaned up afterwards and put tarps over my plantings around the house prior to starting. We just had a new driveway installed so I was concerned about the dumpster leaving marks but they put blocks under the wheels and were careful about putting it down on the blocks. Jay even gave us an attic fan. I'm really happy with our new roof and how it looks!!!! Jay and crew did a fantastic job.

His quote included video and pictures since I don't know WHAT my roof looked like. I was scheduled for next available and they showed up early on a Saturday. The guys were super courteous, kept me updated and cleaned up all the gunk that came off the roof after they were done. Nanci handled my payment over the phone and was super personable. The whole team gets A+ and they will be on my block's go to contractor list. THANKS AGAIN!

The fact that I'm in Lansdowne (not really his core area) and only needed an hour or two of help to get me on track, probably made this a bit less than his most enticing job of the week.
