I picked up my vehicle from metro honda and apparently this body shop didn't clay bar my hood thus revealing buff marks, scratches and swirls on my brand new accord. Later I noticed the area they blended had dust in the paint! Are you F*cking kidding me! Now I had to write to honda corporate about this issue. My car then had to go back to this body shop to get the whole hood repainted. Once I picked up my vehicle again this body shop didn't align my hood correctly exposing gaps at the sides! This body shop is sh*t. I have friends who do body work and they told me that this body shop is unprofessional from the things that happened to me. This place doesn't pay attention to detail. He wants $575 for labor and $245 for parts plus tax and if I use a Cc 3% surcharge. Of course I use my Cc can't use American express only visa. Another new mechanic pulls his car behind my car as to trap me in. So I can't leave without paying him his padded bill . I am so shocked I have been a customer since 1985. We didn't figure out the hood latch was messed up until we inspected the car. He never said a word. Our car was also returned to us with zip ties holding up the bumper which he claims he had to use because the clips for the bumper was warped. He never said anything about that either until we asked about the zip ties and then he had to ask his employee what happened. How can you be so clueless about changes or dents to our vehicle but then say you are not responsible for the damage, and that we brought the vehicle in damaged. Originally he never went to his cameras to check anything and was blaming Nissan for the damage because his company brought it there to re-program the vehicle. Lou acted like he cared at first and then completely denied everything. We still have no answer or accountability for what happened to our vehicle. Lou is very dismissive and was aggressive when talking to my husband about the situation. Please be aware when taking your vehicle to this shop that you risk your car getting cosmetic/auto body damage with no integrity or accountability from the owner and his employees. I would not recommend or refer anyone to do business with him.

Peter answered the call and it was like talking to a long-time neighbor. Fast help on that one. Just went back for my latest inspection, a dashboard warning light, and a rear bulb. Again, Peter answered and confirmed we could get it done the next day. They replaced the rear bulb and just charged for the part - no gigantic labor charge. They informed us a certain part in these kinds of cars continues to trigger a dashboard warning light even when all rear bulbs are OK. Other places would try to talk you into fixing that part unnecessarily, but not this place. They just want to take good care of you and keep you as a happy, returning customer.

They did further recommend that I replace my tires--I can't tell if that was upselling or legit--I had a recall and asked the dealer to take a look; they said I should replace them relatively soon but that also it could wait a bit. The other thing I found irksome was that I got a parking ticket notice in the mail a few weeks after the battery replacement that was clearly received while the car was here and parked on their block. I will say to their credit that they acknowledged it right away and paid it without fuss (or to be specific, reimbursed me, as by the time I received the notice the ticket was close to overdue, forcing me to pay it immediately online), but I still found it to be a nuisance. Whether the ticket was a rare occurrence for them or just a built-in expected cost for parking on city streets, I feel like they should have been aware and paid the ticket without my having to get the notice and call them to deal with it, wait to be reimbursed, etc. They did follow up a couple of times to ask if repairs were acceptable and car was running well. So I'm legitimately torn. Many positives here--it feels hard to find an honest and efficient mechanic--I will probably return the next time I have an issue, but I wouldn't say I'm fully devoted yet, as one would like to be for their car repair, and would pause and consider another option if I can find a better local rec.
