My sister and I have been going to Randy for years--and totally trust him. Just bought a new car and plan on bringing it to him, rather than get ripped off again at Subaru service. Just to give a perfect example of Randy's honesty - For the first 5 years we had our Subaru, we brought it back to the Subaru service dept because we mistakenly thought we had to because of the warranty. After 5 years we went back to Randy. 2 years later, we rec'd a recall from Subaru on the airbags so we had to go back to them to have it fixed. While there they did a "multi-point inspection" and gave me a list of things that had to be done (including rear brakes). The list came out to just under $1300. I just listened and smiled, knowing I had an appt with Randy the following week and would see what he had to say. I was pretty sure I was going to need the rear brakes (since Subaru had told me 2 years before that I needed them) but obviously was not sure of the other items. Randy looked over the car and called to say I needed rear brakes. I asked "anything else" and he said nope- just the brakes. Ended up paying UNDER $400 vs $1300 at Subaru!! We don't put much mileage on our cars but bring them to Randy every 6 months for an oil change and check-up anyway knowing he will never tell us we need something done that is not necessary. DO NOT HESITATE to take your car to D&L. Can definitely trust Randy.

    By the referral of a friend and after calling several places to inquire about getting my brakes…read moredone, I finally decided to get my brakes done here. As I dropped it, it was made pretty clear between Javid and I that I would mainly be looking to get brakes and rotors replaced for the front axil. Within the hour later, I received a call back from him stating that he test drove the vehicle and he noticed between 60-70 mph he would notice the vehicle pulling to one side. Aside from him noting such a issue, in my mind I'm thinking how that's a pretty fast speed to be doing a test drive and also wondering why it was necessary to test like that considering we already understand that we're already changing the brakes and rotors, but ok, as long as I'm getting it fixed I don't suspect anything will go wrong. Later on in the day, I happen to notice that as I'm at the stop sign or stop light now I'm stepping on the gas pedal and it won't go forward. Instead, the engine is revving and not going anywhere. I called him back same day to let him know and he said to bring it back in for him to look at. After bringing it in, he test drives it and right away denies any responsibility for how this started when the problem didn't start until I brought it in and "took it for a test drive". With my car being considered a sports car, I understand The inclination to want to take it out for a test drive but now that the problem is so bad that I can barely drive it It's really a matter of dealing with The after result of your "test drive" So I can get my car back in regular driving condition, Otherwise, why would I bring my car in to get brakes done? If I personally had a transmission problem, Why would I jump to try to get my brakes fixed first when the transmission is a more serious problem? That's insane. I only started having this issue after bringing it here and I'm pretty disappointed that now I have to go through my insurance company to try have them resolve this issue. God knows I can't believe I have to experience this but I'm going to do my best to get this resolved!

    Now again, while driving the vehicle and being assured that it was OK, the car was overheating at…read morehigher temperatures 50 mph and over so noticing the issue I immediately called again and explained the issue to prevent any further damage to my car because the problem was persistent. **** Now, at this particular time, I spoke to the son Mike Junior, the younger owner. I was explaining the issue in detail so he can make a proper diagnosis while I was on the phone. He continue to ( Brush me) off as he seemed annoyed or busy. I found it quite rude because I've seen him have this attitude towards other customers while in the shop despite how I felt, I brought my vehicle in because the issue was urgent and needed immediate attention. Why trying to explain the issues to him and show him the temperature gauge via photo and video of what was going on under my hood to assist him, he continued to walk out of my face and said "yes I understand your car is overheating " loudly. So I dropped the car off on Saturday with expectations to get it on Monday, which I did, he explained to me that Monday when I called that there was air in the system and bled the system for me, he told me that there shouldn't be any other issues with overheating and that he test drove it, and there was no overheating. Free of charge he said, which was reasonable due to it was about the THRID TIME I brought it. Now I drove it that that night and the car was still overheating so I decided to call because Tuesday 11/04/2025 the issue was still persistent. Mike Junior the son was not receptive to what I was explaining to him about my vehicle. He seem very annoyed when I was explaining to him when I asked him what it could be for clarity because I didn't know if I needed to get my own parts because the issue started to become costly. He decided to be very disrespectful loud and hang the phone up in my ear. At the moment I decided to visit the shop to bring the car when I arrived I asked him when have I ever been disrespectful to you, he replied that I had never been disrespectful to him, but I was asking stupid questions and I keep calling about my vehicle. He was obviously frustrated or annoyed that he couldn't properly fix the vehicle and that I was persistent to try to get it fixed. So this was my fourth time trying to get the car fixed. I returned my vehicle to the shop because I wanted to give them the opportunity to resolve the issue, however, I was met with Mike Junior the son, with this disrespectful attitude and tone vulgarity and a persistent problem that my car was not fixed and still overheating. I feel like I paid for nothing. He was more than rude and disrespectful yelling at me and telling me that I can take my business elsewhere when all I was looking for was clarity to try to get my car fixed. I will never conduct business with them ever again. Mike Junior, the son did not conduct himself in a professional manner or like a proper businessman, this individual is not an honorable man and cannot perform under work-life stress its unfortunate. This is how he treats his customers because as he claims he reputation my experience was horrific. Please do not get your car serviced here. You will have continuous problems and you will be back shortly. HIS ATTITUDE AND BEHAVIOR AND BUSINESS WAS UNACCEPTABLE.

I called in place for an…read moreappointment I waited ONE Month for my2015 KIA SPORTAGE to be serviced and each time I had called the Service Departments for Updates on my car no one was calling giving me any information regarding the issues on my car. My car stayed at that horrible Service for two weeks. The service person named JOELLE RIVERA she was not POLITE nor knowledgeable or respectful to me as a customer. I explained to her I would prefer to speak to a Mechanic about my car, she said that is unlikely they don't speak to customers on phone. I asked for the Manager. she said that she was the Assistant Manager.ONE of the reasons that was giving my car not being ready a Mechanic had been hurt on job, I sympathize about worker. Now here is NIGHTMARE I picked my car up after two weeks JOELLE RIVERA started my car up and it made loud sounds and it was shaking terribly, she explained it had been sitting for while, I said that had never happen before I brought it here. I drove it about EIGHT MINUTES from shop and it stopped working COMPLETELY. I called back and spoke Joelle about getting it towed back to them ,she said they didn't have anyone to pick up my car. I asked if I would be charged for storage if I got towed there she repllied YES.
