Iron River Construction rebuilt our deck in a short timeframe and exceeded our expectations. I met Brad at a home show last year when we first started considering the project. Of several bidders, Brad and Iron River stood out as the obvious choice, especially in establishing confidence. We decided not to pull the trigger then, but a winter's worth of damage to our old deck pushed the issue in Spring with a significant family gathering scheduled. Iron River committed to the timeframe and communicated clearly and consistently along the way. When the demolition revealed more underlying damage than we anticipated, again Brad and team communicated quickly and clearly and we were able to adjust without risking the timeframe. Brad and Jason (Lead Carpenter) responded to all of our concerns along the way with a great spirit of respectful collaboration. They made sure we had the deck we were proud to show at our big party, and we have since relaxed into "full summer mode" out there on a regular basis. The crew worked hard, respected our neighbors, were fun to interact with, and obviously all share a commitment to quality. The team of Brad, Jason, Adam, Joe, Luke, Josh and Wyatt can make great things happen. I recommend this vendor with no hesitation. read more

This past weekend we had a lot of rain accompanied with an east wind which is unusual for our location. We noticed some moisture in our four season porch. Not knowing to the cause of the moisture I called no less than 12 roofing contractors several advertising 24x7 emergency service in an effort to get someone out to look at and access the situation. Walker from Iron River was the only representative that called me back on Monday morning. Long story short Walker came to our home inspected the area of the roof line and quickly determined a $4 tube of caulk would fix the problem. I was equally impressed when this brief but thorough inspection was done at no charge to me the customer. I even offered to buy Walkers lunch today which he politely declined. You can bet when the need arises I will contact Iron River Construction in the future. Very impressed with the entire experience and customer service. read more

We had an outstanding experience with Iron River Construction building our new maintenance-free deck. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, organized, and genuinely enjoyable. Brad, our project manager, kept everything on track and communicated clearly every step of the way. Jesse, the carpentry supervisor, made sure the craftsmanship and attention to detail were top-notch. Jason, the lead carpenter, along with Adam, Joe, Luke, Josh, and Wyatt, were all incredibly professional, hardworking, and respectful while on site. Every single person we interacted with was great to work with--it really showed in both the process and the final result. The team took pride in what they were building, and it absolutely paid off. We couldn't be happier with our new deck and would highly recommend Iron River Construction to anyone looking for quality work and a great overall experience. read more

We contracted with Iron River to complete a main floor remodel and our experience was excellent! Rick as our GM was incredibly detailed and thorough. He made sure we knew exactly what to expect and was very communicative if adjustments were needed. They estimated 8 weeks and it was 8 weeks and a day. The carpenters we worked with were so helpful and fast. Our final product was better than we hoped and thank you Rick, Josh, Jason, Adam, Wyatt and Luke for our new space! We also were impressed with the painters, plumbers, electricians, cabinet makers and cleaners Iron River contracted with. They were all easy to work with and did great work. The cost was also reasonable and within what we expected. They were very fair and adjusted things as we went along that we greatly appreciated. We highly recommend Iron River! read more

After a hail storm, I contacted Iron River to have an inspection on our roof. Our insurance denied part of the claim for a new roof. That is when Rob really stepped up and started to ask questions why only a part of our roof was being replaced due to the storm damage. On numerous occasions, he questioned the insurance company's answers with facts, contradicting their denials. Throughout numerous conversations and site visits, he was very professional and courteous with our insurance company and us. After the claim for the complete roof replacement was finally approved, the job was completed quickly and professionally. I cannot express enough how impressed I was with Rob and the Iron River team read more

We had such a great experience with Iron River Construction. From start to finish, they were well organized and stayed on schedule. Project manager Alex was awesome. We especially liked his detailed quote and up-front schedule. As for the final product, everything from framing to paint and hardware is high quality material and crafted with care. We couldn't be happier with the finished space. It's very open and inviting for a basement, and our little one sure loves wrestling on the freshly-laid carpet. Thank you, Alex and Iron River Construction, for making this happen! read more

What a great experience with Iron River! They recently replaced my roof and siding. After initially contacting them, I was referred to my salesperson, Rob. He was fabulous with many roofing and siding options. I was then contacted by the project manager, John, for scheduling installation. He was also great to work with and made the process seamless and effortless. After the project was completed, everything was very clean and I was extremely happy with the final results. I would highly recommend Iron River and will use them again for any future needs. read more

We had Iron River replace our roof from storm damage in June 2025. Rob gave us an estimate that was very close to what the actual final bill would be. I had another roofer give me an estimate that was almost $5,000.00 off from the estimate to final bill. Once we had a date and materials, the work crew was prompt and completed the roof in one day with no issues. I would highly recommend Iron River for any future projects. read more
