I tried them a second time. Brought about 7 pair of pants in. 2 pair were damaged again. Whatever they use destroyed the color and even had some slight holes in the pants. It's a shame because they are close to my house. I send a ton of clothes to the cleaners and cannot afford to keep losing my clothes to poor cleaning. 4 pairs of pants destroyed on top of paying full price to have the ruined. Bad combination. My wife took her newly cleaned $400 jacket that has been worn all of 5 times out of the plastic and hanger to only find multiple ink spots again and torn fabric. She took it back and after waiting 3 weeks they removed the ink spots but said the tears they caused should be considered by us as just normal wear and tear... We have never in the history of dry cleaning ever experienced this level of utter incompetence, and irresponsibility masquerading as a "service". This business gets 0 stars if I could give it.
