I give up! Seven of 12 shirts came back damaged. Either broken buttons or frayed edges. I have been a customer at the Buffalo/lake Mead store since it opened 20+ years ago. But lately it's a joke. When I tried to get help was met with ambivalent staff who blamed me for not checking the shirts when I picked them up. So I'm done. I don't care about cost. Inattentive employees (I literally rang the bell 10 times with no response after waiting for a clerk for 15 minutes). Very convenient hours. And ready by next day at six is not so bad. Prices were a bit higher than I've paid, but the front desk is never staffed. I rang the bell about three times and someone was finally able to assist me. I think they are great in a pinch where if u can't make it to another dry cleaner due to hours, they will suffice. Wasn't 100% sure they knew what I wanted due to a language barrier, but I dropped off a single suit so it was pretty obvious I needed it dry cleaned. Lol. on more than 1 occasion they claim my clothes were lost but they never contacted me but I had to contact them. the clothes that were lost were a Vermont college ice hockey jersey and a dallas cowboys polo shirt and amazing a Denver hockey jersey that went to the wrong store but came back damaged but took over a week to reappear, been two weeks on Vermont jersey then now yesterday cowboys jersey. after 17 years as a customer I am a victim that I think is a theft ring inside their operations. the cowboys jersey came from china and I can't replace it. spoke to them finally yesterday in person at admin office, it does not take 2 weeks to find clothes in their system. they will offer to pay for their mistakes but I filled complain also with bbb. Disappointed. I took a comforter to them to get cleaned and it came back faded, had a chemical smell, and random tears throughout it. I spoke with the owner, his opinion was that is was caused by a manufacture stitching defect and not their machines. I disagreed as it was Ralph Lauren and they advised me they've gotten no complaints about this product and it was caused by the cleaning from the photos I sent them. Regardless, the owner was professional about the issue and I submitted a claim. They paid it out with no shenanigans. I stopped taking shirts and pants here because the press quality was inconsistent. Some times everything would be creased nicely, other times the creases were off and the shirt looked rumpled. Again, you can get same day service or pickup by 6PM the next day, so if you need speed these guys have it down. I switched to Mint Locker out of convenience and quality. The price is slightly more expensive, but it's worth it. read more

THIS IS THIER SO CALLED CENTRAL LOCATION.or HQ THEY still use the name THEY ARE NOT AL PHILLIPS.al phillips sold it a long time ago.they have been owned by banks and other companys for over 15 years now.they treat their customers like crap and their workers even worse.if they ruin your clothes(which they do quite often)you need a reciept for the stuff that they ruined or they will not do crap they will give you cleaning credit,who the hell wants credit .so that they can do it again no way .if you work for them and they dont like you for some reason or if they want a friend of the district manager then they will set you up to get you fired, and make you look like a theif.when they are the ones who rip off thier customersthey charge $6.19 for a pair of pants.for that price you have it cleaned 3 or 4 times you could buy a new pair.and what do you get for that price the same that you would get at a cheaper place.the same quality may be even better. read more

Thank goodness this place is business . I was in a pinch on a Sunday morning(7am) . I needed a suite jacket steam pressed. There surely are no dry cleaners that were open at the time, especially on a Sunday. Except Al Phillips. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GO HERE. Unless you like to have your clothes destroyed! I brought in two articles of clothing to these guys now that these guys have destroyed to where I can no longer wear them. The first a hundred dollar polo, the second a two hundred dollar dress shirt. After putting a quarter size whole in the polo and ripping a massive tear on the crease of the French cuff dress shirt, their GM tells me I brought the clothes in like that. Then he accuses me of trying to rip him off for my damaged clothes. Each time I bring in clothes I have the woman at the desk inspect each item for damages. Apparently this means nothing. Most of the other items I've brought in I've had to open at the counter, sending quite a few back to get the spots out I brought them in for. The guy who runs the place is a total scum bag. The quick turn around is not worth having your stuff destroyed and the run around of having to come back after they clean your items properly. There are way too many hard working dry cleaners in Vegas to waste your time and money here. read more

Great hours horrible service. I have put up with it for years because of the convenient hours but at some point you just say enough. Their bag program is a joke. It supposedly gives you a discount but every other time you have to remind them that they forgot to give you the discount. At one point I caught the that they had charged me three times in an 18 month period for "the bag" (it is supposed to be once annually) and "oops we had you in the system twice" was their answer. We got that straightened out (no refund but a credit) and the bag expired again. So I say when did it expire? After several minutes of searching their system April is the answer. I say "great I will renew the bag". They say "OK but you can't use it one this $100 order". I explain that since April I have been in almost every month and no one has mentioned the bag was expired. So 10 minutes of searching the system and they confirm in fact they had applied the discount each time but sorry no discount on this order. Can't renew the bag and get a discount on the same order. I say ok renew the bag first in a separate transaction. I have a 10 year history of visiting you guys almost every month and renewing my bag when expired. Nope. I started using the dry cleaner next to my office and guess what, no discount bag required. Everyday low prices for everyone. They lost a 10 year plus customer over their "bag rule". read more
