    Tide Cleaners can be found on the west side of Rainbow Blvd., a bit north of Warm Springs Road. Just look for the Wendy's Restaurant and it is just just behind/north of that building. This place is freaking awesome! I had some clothes I needed dry cleaned and found this place on my trusty Yelp! app. I dropped off 1 blazer jacket, 1 matching pair of slacks, 2 long sleeve button shirts, and 1 tie. ***** First Visit is 50% off! ***** Yup! That's right! 50% off on your first visit is a fantastic way to get acquainted with their services! I'm not quite sure if that's a limited time promo or a permanent thing, but if you have a chance, take advantage of that deal! (+) Service was very good. Both staff members I spoke with were friendly and helpful! I asked a bunch of questions when I first dropped my clothes off and she patiently answered all of them! (+) With that 50% off discount all of the above items came to a whopping $12.03! What a great deal! (+) the clothes look outstanding! I'm ready to rock my suit now! lol This is my new go-to spot for dry cleaning and I'm glad to have found it! 5 stars.

    I just happened to see their Grand Opening promo coupon (2 items free on 9-28-2019 only) for their (Rainbow/Warm Springs location) and decided to swing by with my suit and long neglected chef coat. There was not a long line of people here, but it was a steady flow of walkin customers and those in their cars at the drive-up valet. To speed up the customer turnover and reduce wait time, Chris pulled me aside to help setup my account for my first visit. He also explained the how the service works, especially the Express pickup and 24x7 Anytime Drop off (both of these are accessed from the outside). Given the successful grand opening promotion advertising via the coupon circulars, and most likely positive word of mouth, the turn around for my dry cleaning will take an extra day (not at all an issue for me). I look forward to picking up as early as Tuesday. And thanks for the goodie bag of Tide Pods, coupons and a sample pack of Amber Blossom Downy Infusions scent boosters. Location Detail: Same plaza as Sprouts and Wendy's on Rainbow and Warm Springs. Parking so far is still very decent.

    Stay away from this location. They do not take responsibilities on damages. Brought in my wife's sweater for cleaning. Decent sweater from Sandro, definitely good quality for $150. She just bought it new and only wore it twice. After pick up I found two holes on the sweater, one in the front, once in the back. Brought it back and they said that they will fix the holes for me. When they returned the sweater, they only patched one of the two holes, and the patch was very poorly done. I asked for a solution for this situation, the employee said that I will need to speak to a manager, but she is not at work that day. So I left my information and asked to have her call me the day after. Never received a call in the next two days. I called back, the employee said that the manager is on vacation. I said fine, have her call me as soon as she comes back. Another 4 days has passed, not a single call from the "manager". I stopped by the location and was told that the manager will be in the next day, asked me to come back tomorrow. I lost my patience and said I will not drive all the way over to see her, the employee promised me to have the manager call for sure the next day. And guess what, another 2 days has passed. NOT A SINGLE WORD FROM the "manager" They simply do not care and keep running away from the mistakes they make. This should be a simple solution in their standing, an apologize, a replacement or compensation for the sweater. And they should have me as a loyal customer. But they did not care, keep breaking their promises and I will never tell anyone to bring any business to them. STAY AWAY!!!!

    If I have option to give 0 star, I will definitely give 0 star. I never been to their other locations, I don't know how they did it, but I will suggest stay away from this location. The employee there definitely needs more training. they don't know how to handle the issue. Long story short, I called to store today try to fix the coupon issue, the employee wasn't able to assist me due to the "Policy" I understand, so I ask her name and her manager's name, I am able to reach out manager to fix the issue for me. she refused to give me her name and manager's name, I don't know what she's afraid for. and worst thing SHE HUNG UP ON ME, I CALLED BACK THEY DONT PICK UP MY PHONE INTENTIONALLY. What kind of business will do that? very rude and unprofessional. I was so pissed since they don't pick up my phone, even I know I am gonna waste my time but I still decided to go to the store in person. Employee named Petros assisted me, He refused to provide me the other employee and manager 's name as well. and he don't let me talk to the employee I spoke on the phone. He said she's busy. Hello.. theres nobody in the store. Whats wrong with this store.. I try to get back my clothes I dropped half hour ago, cause I don't want to do business with Tide anymore. At beginning he said he can't give back to me, they already processed. Thats my clothes, I just dropped off half hour ago why I couldn't get it back. I told him I won't leave the store today either you provide me the management info or I get my clothes back. He finally gave back my clothes. This is second time I had issue with them. No more.. Its nice Tide provides the coupon, but if that cause so many trouble and employee doesn't know how to address the problems. its totally not worth it. I will never come back.It's really disappointing. Hope Tide will provides more training to their employees. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.

I went to…read moretheir Blue Diamond location and entrusted them with cleaning my wedding tuxedo and two tuxedo shirts, depending on their promise of same-day service to get these clothes back the day before my wedding. Frustratingly, despite what their in-store business cards state, they do not provide same-day service at their Blue diamond location. While they do not offer same-day cleaning despite what they advertise, an in-store associate guaranteed me that a "rush" would ensure my clothes were ready by 10 AM the next morning. This was the day of my wedding! When I arrived the next day, I was informed that my clothes were at a different location and would not be available until 1-2 PM unless I picked them up myself from their location next to the strip - about half an hour away where I was staying. Needless to say, I was stressed. The anxiety of this last-minute scramble overshadowed the joy of my wedding day. To make matters worse, when I finally received my clothes, I discovered that one of my tuxedo shirts was stained with ink. So I basically paid 20+ dollars to just get my shirt stained. The manager didn't apologize and would not compensate me, so it seems like unprofessional work is standard practice for this business. Frankly, the lack of any accountability was disheartening. I would strongly advise anyone considering Super Cleaners to look elsewhere. Their unreliability and lack of customer care have left me deeply disappointed. Update: as you can see in the comments below, Super Cleaners paints me as the bad guy for purchasing their service on the basis of an incorrect guarantee by their employee and calling them out when they did not deliver on it. Additionally, this business did actually mess up my shirt. Look at the final picture where their tag is still on the shirt if you have any doubts. It's difficult to walk away from this business satisfied, when their official customer service response is to passive-aggressively attack me for bringing my shirt to them so close to my wedding day (when I'm doing so because of events out of my control) and then claim I'm lying about it despite me sharing photos with their tags on it to show that I haven't worn the shirt they messed up.
