Sharon gave us a written quote and it was the best price we found. She said they could get us in the following week. They were recommended to us and have a history of great reviews - we accepted their quote and scheduled the work for the following week. Sharon told us it would take approximately 1 1/2 weeks to repair and she was true to her word. Being that it is our work van time was of the essence as it's not out making money if it's in the shop for an extended period of time. The work they completed was amazing - our van looks absolutely fantastic and we did not have to spend a fortune!! We requested the hood not be replaced and to have the existing hood repaired (the damage was only to the front corner). Sharon explained to me it will not be perfect but will look pretty good. Since this is a work van I was good with that. Sharon explained that some of the other parts were not repairable and had to be replaced. I requested used parts if available and she honored my request. I could not be any happier with the completed work, the hood turned out much better than I expected !! The passenger door now opens perfectly and the replaced parts look brand new. The customer service, professionalism and attention to detail is top notch. Sharon is great to work with and, in this day & age, that is very difficult to find.
