I didn't complain and was told a couple of parts on back order! When I finally picked up my car it was filthy with dust all on the inside and the outside was not cleaned and buffed as I was told! It still needed a couple of parts, but I could take it and brling it back when these came in, and wrote down on my receipt what was still needed! I took it back for a rubber strip on my front bumper and the stripes on my trunk! I got the call it was ready again and when I picked it up they hadn't replaced the the stripes in my trunk and said I could take it to a graphics company and pay them! I paid $3800+ for my repairs and told them it was included on the work order I signed! They told me that they lost $1000 due to parts being more then they thought, and showed me a new estimate that was $4500, which I showed her my signed work order and receipt for what I paid! I showed the lady the stripes replacement were on my signed order and not done and all she told me was sorry! Again my car was left dirty and unfinished! Even if you have a signed work order BEWARE!

It was about 2 weeks before I could get in and then I was told it would be a week to repair. Good news: after 2 days, my vehicle was ready. Josh said someone worked on it into the night, which was awesome. However, someone had gone through my center console (probably my whole car) and RANSACKED it, not even trying to stealthily look for valuables because a wallet I leave in there in case I need something smaller was unzipped and I had laid a couple of dollars flat on top of my console contents and they were just gone. I had a glove literally sticking out of the console which drew my attention to the problem and you get that violated feeling. I rationalized to myself that the person working on my vehicle maybe had a bored kid playing in it while waiting for dad to finish up, but when I reported my disturbed console to Josh, he said absolutely no children would have been in my car, they aren't allowed. So that leaves an adult making questionable life decisions who is so hard up they need to steal a couple bucks from a patron and who knows what else because I had just moved and the back of my vehicle had a ton of stuff I hadn't dealt with yet. This desperate kind of person is not someone you want working on or being inside your vehicle. Also, there is a paint run at the tip of my fender so it's not perfect, which is what I was expecting, reasonable or not. Perhaps the desperate person should stick to working daytime hours where he can see what he's doing instead of skulking about in the dark.

Those needing repairs beware!! I needed a dent repair for my car, I had about 6 days to get it done. As I was leaving to go out of town for several weeks. I let Richard know about my tight timeframe and reiterated over and over that it was okay if he could not get it done in that amount of time, and I could come back in a few weeks. I wanted it to be done correctly. He insured me that he could get it done in that time frame. When I dropped my vehicle off he told me it should be a quick/simple dent repair + paint touch up and quoted me $500. He told me that if anything (price/manor in which he would be able to get the dent out) changed while he was starting on the car, he would reach back out before moving forward with the work. I do not hear from him all week, so I assumed that all went well and there would be no changes from what he originally told me. That day that I am supposed to pick up my vehicle rolls around and I still have not heard from him. I reached out and asked him if my car was complete and he told me I would need to pick it up the following morning (the day that I was leaving to go out of town). Feeling uncomfortable, I replied asking him what was left to be done on the car and if the paint was not done to please not complete that part, as I knew it would not have enough time to dry. He ignored my questions and said that I could pick it up early the following morning. When I go to pick up my vehicle the next morning he was still working on the car, and then tells me that he had to take parts of my car apart to repair the dent. This is something I specifically asked him not to do. He then tells me that it will be $800 instead of the $500. I refused to pay anything more than the $500, as he had previously told me he would be reaching back out if there were any increases to the price or change to him method. He asked me to look over my car, it was dusty from the work and sitting in his shop so I did not notice anything immediately. Once I brought the car home and cleaned it off, there were several things needing fixed. Paint residue on my windshield, unfinished paint work, and multiple scratches on my windshield. I have asked for a refund, as all of things will now cost me more than what I paid him for this work, but Richard has ignored my texts and refusing to refund me for his mistakes. I now know that he waited until the last minute to get started on the work, had to rush, which created several mistakes in the process.
