They proceeded to charge me $212.66 for reading a code which O'reilly did for free in about 5 minutes. Charged me $182.87 for labor, just for that. They want to charge me $500 for parts and $330 for labor to fix the car, a total over $1,000. I found the parts online for $150 and saw that it would take about two hours to fix according to multiple websites. I would have paid up to $500 for this fix but they wanted to charge double. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off.

They didn't notify me at all the finishing date was changing. Was told November 10th my car was in clean up and would be ready the next day. I call next day, and it's now in assembly. When I stated I was told it was in clean up, suddenly I was in the wrong. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he wasn't in the office, mind you they've told me that everyday for a week. Not even sure they HAVE a manager at this point. I showed up to pick my car up despite being told it wasn't ready, was told they're putting the glass piece in now and washing it up. My back window wasn't damaged at ALL when I brought it in. This place is sketchy and dishonest. I think they broke my back window doing repairs and didn't tell me and tried to hide that repair. They needed over $2,000 worth of supplement money from the insurance company who has already given $1,400 which was more than enough for the damage I brought in. I filed a complaint with the state but avoid this place at all costs. They are the most sketchy dishonest people I've ever had to deal with.
