Very affable and said the damage was so minor he would probably send my BMW to the body shop same day. Fast forward 2 weeks. Why is this taking so long. Answer-you selected the Geico Express Service which takes longer. What?? Another week and asked where is my car? Waiting to go into the paint shop; sitting under a tree in a chain link dirt lot; just where anyone would park a convertible. When will it go into paint? Answer-soon. Started calling daily. Reception is now very unfriendly and snippy. It will get done when it is done. Another week and got the car back. Complained about the poor paint match (probably a too thin pearl color coat) and the misaligned bumper. I was stunned when the fellow says our work is guaranteed so you can bring it back anytime and we will fix it. Oh goody, another month hoping the work is done right the second time. Why Gross could not get the job right the first time is a mystery. Our schedule took us out of the United States for a few months so we paid another body shop to fix Gross's shoddy work when we returned.

Then they told me the car would be there for two weeks just to replace and paint one drivers side fender. I asked how long the entire repair takes and they said start to finish 3-4 days. I asked why two weeks then? They said that's how their "production line" is set up. I asked if they could reschedule my car for later so that when I drop it off I could get it back sooner and even told them I would understand if it took five days. The owner said "don't tell me how to run my business and your car is still outside so you can get in it and drive away". I never raised my voice or said anything rude. I just simply asked the question and that was his response. For the record the two ladies at the front were very nice and respectful. I immediately took my car to another body shop and I asked them how long until I would get my car back and they said "three to four days". Imagine that! They did take it back and TRY and fix it. I picked it back up and what do you know, more orange peel. I had Shawn or whatever his name is and the OWNER yelling at me to f**k off and leave. They said I was expecting show quality shine. I just want factory. I ended calling progressive and thank the lord I did. I had a manager come out and look at my car. He actually paid me to have orange peel removed from 5 panels and replace the headlight bezels that were still broken. Also let's not forget how they totally forgot to fix my $1400 rim that had road rash from the accident. My advice is stay far far away unless you a HORRIBLE paint job and then get yelled at. The job was completed in a timely manner and with an accurate estimate that they gave me. Upon receiving my car, I was very happy with the fix and can't tell two panels were even damaged to begin with. They definitely went the extra mile and vacuumed some of the spaces in my car as well. They didn't notify me at all the finishing date was changing. Was told November 10th my car was in clean up and would be ready the next day. I call next day, and it's now in assembly. When I stated I was told it was in clean up, suddenly I was in the wrong. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told he wasn't in the office, mind you they've told me that everyday for a week. Not even sure they HAVE a manager at this point. I showed up to pick my car up despite being told it wasn't ready, was told they're putting the glass piece in now and washing it up. My back window wasn't damaged at ALL when I brought it in. This place is sketchy and dishonest. I think they broke my back window doing repairs and didn't tell me and tried to hide that repair. They needed over $2,000 worth of supplement money from the insurance company who has already given $1,400 which was more than enough for the damage I brought in. I filed a complaint with the state but avoid this place at all costs. They are the most sketchy dishonest people I've ever had to deal with.
