Definitely a body shop I would recommend. Clean neat waiting room. They kept me informed about the timeline and they were right. We only had a minor problem. Our jeep grand Cherokee got tail ended. Stay away. Horrible paint job. A child could paint better than them. Had to go in three times and still got it back bad. Also they had to order a cover for bed and they ordered the wrong size. Stay far away from this place. They lack basic painting skills. My car was in the shop for three weeks. Upon picking it up the work was so subpar it had to be brought back. After the second time the vehicle still needs to be brought back but I refuse to bring it back there. There are dust nibs in my paint. The did not sand the vehicle properly. The orange peel is unreal. My door jams have more overspray than there is paint on the doors. The communication between myself and them were non existent. And they put a nice scratch on my steering wheel!!! These guys don't know what they are talking about. I asked them if they used filler or bondo on my door he stated no. I brought my car to a PDR guy and he told me the entire door had bondo. They also forgot the simple easy to put screws that hold your wheel well together. Overall a terrible experience. I would stay far away from here. Highly disappointed in the outcome of my vehicle. read more

My car had been sideswiped in a recent accident. When I went to Bayside for a cost estimate of repairs, they asked if they could take my car in the back to see if there was an easy fix. Less than 10 minutes later they had completely removed all signs of damage with a buffer. They said there was no charge for their services and they were happy to help. Ok so I am posting this to several sites as to warn people DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE THIEVES I took my truck there to have a bumper replaced I had left my phone in a center compartment out of sight under some papers closed lid and all well I go back to work today and find that my phone is missing the they are denying that they seen it but they say they have a record of the charging cord well in order to see the charging cord they would have had to go through all my stuff as it was buried in the center compartment under paper work in fact the phone was plugged into said charger under paperwork in closed center compartment they had no right going through any of my belongings and now there is a cell phone missing yeah I know to should never trust humans ever especially this compa STAY AWAY BUYER BEWARE THEY WILL STEAL YOUR ITEMS AND SAY THEY HAVENT SEEN IT DO Not USE YOU WILL BE ROBBED read more

Ok, I know to many it was a small 4" scratch, bottom panel, barely noticeable... but to me it was big, ugly and on my new white vehicle!! Bayside was awesome! I drove in w/o an appointment. They were very courteous. Came outside and looked it over and said give us a few minutes. They took it into shop area and within 15 minutes they drove my vehicle back out front - Repaired! Ann O connor never calls you back. And needs to take a class in customer service. I had to call them back constantly for status updates even though she said she would call me. Had to take my vehicle back several times because the paint literally fell off the vehicle. Held my vehicle at shop longer than they said it would take. If your insurance can refer you to another place youd be better to go there. A brochure in the shop says all collision repair is not the same. Thats correct! read more

Most honest shop ever! I received an anonymous parking lot gift on my new car. I went to another shop first, who said I had extensive damage to my car, and they gave me a ridiculously high quote. Came to Bayside to get another quote. Not only did they clean up the paint the other driver left behind, they said I didn't even need their shop, only paintless dent repair. I usually go to a shop expecting to get ripped off, not to get help for FREE. I'll never go anywhere else when I really do need repair. Where do I start. Started out great, until pick up. They delivered car to us with wet paint on door edges which they covered with plastic trim pieces. Never said don't remove. When we removed plastic, paint came off into the plastic and left the door edge a mess. After being there 23 days, said paint was still curing. They refused to make it right which wouldn't take much effort. This is not to mention damaged contents from the third row seat that just happened mysteriously. Have all the facts before you let Bayside Collision work on your vehicle. Their warranty states, "Incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies and components which are not specifically covered by this limited warranty, NOR ARE CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS DAMAGE TO OTHER ASSEMBLIES AND COMPONENTS RESULTING FROM A DEFECTIVE PART OR INSTALLATION OF SUCH PART INSTALLED OR REPAIRED DURING THE REPAIR [emphasis added.]" Bayside Collision had great customer service up front, but not only installed an aftermarket part but hooked up lines to our transmission incorrectly as stated by two Chevrolet GM certified technicians. We are now facing total loss of our vehicle because of the inept mechanics at Bayside Collision. Don't learn the hard way to take your car to a dealer so your warranty doesn't become void and replaced by a warranty that has excused them from responsibility. read more

I was having the worst day ever, that is until I went to Bayside Collision Center. It was my first accident and I had no idea what to do. Ann was amazing at talking me through the next steps that would be happening. She helped me deal with problems my insurance company wouldn't. She even helped me with the rental car aspect of my accident! Bayside Collision Center took care of me and my car. The promised it would be done in two days and it was. I am crazy and called like three times checking on the status of my car, and they were very polite and informative each time. Once it came time to pick up my car, Shannon was very thorough in providing me with care instructions as to not harm the new paint job. She also explained everything they had done to the car and where the charges came from. I really appreciated this because at other shops I felt they took advantage of my lack of knowledge to overcharge me. I work in customer service, so when I receive BEYOND GREAT service I have to let people know. I have used them twice for repair work on my Corvettes. The first time was a wreck that required over $5,000.00 in bodywork, and paint. Their paint professionals matched the 13 year old color (yellow) perfectly. My latest trip was to replace a window modulator in my door on my 2008 Corvette. The price they charged me was shockingly low! They even tried to adjust the incorrectly installed modulator to save me money. Not only is my window working perfectly, but they also adjusted my door that wasn't sealing properly for no extra charge! I have to drive about 40 miles to to get to Bayside, and pass about 4 or 5 body shops on the way.
