After attempting a home repair and failing miserably I looked into getting it done by a pro. Spoke with Jessie on the phone and he quoted me $199( mini van with overhead DVD tv). This price is amazing if you look up what the national average is. Dropped the car off at 8am and was called about 130 same day saying it was ready for pick up. After arriving and with baited breath I opened the door and was greeted with amazing work. After 11 months…read moreof excuses, and dodged phone calls I had to go to Covercatz (which is a junked out trailer with an open air shed in the back) and search the property for my seats. They were found sitting in the dirt, basically hidden from view with more junk stacked around them. I called the owner several times and he only answered the phone after I knocked rather hard several times on the door of the trailer. He said he wasn't there, but I could hear him talking from outside the front door. Scam artist, who's not worth the salt thats in him!!! If there was a rating that was less than one star he deserves it.

Austin responded to my call for help within an hour and he tentatively suggested it might be a spark plug or coil and that he could come to my location around 5PM the same day and take a look. I was frankly skeptical because all the videos I watched detailed an elaborate process to removing all the stuff on top of the engine before you can even get to the coils/plugs. Much to my surprise he was able to gain access by just removing the engine cover. So he evaluated the problem, went and bought the parts and installed them, all in just a couple of hours. I was amazed. Austin was professional, confident and thoughtful. I would recommend him without hesitation. Even though the car has not had the P0306 DTC or the Check Engine Light reappear so far over a few cold starts I realize that the problem may not be fixed. I understood that this was just the most likely cause of the problem and that's not Austin's fault. He did what I asked him to do and I couldn't be more satisfied.
