Matthew Breston did an amazing job with everything from start to finish. I filled out a pre-qualification form online, and he called me within minutes on a Saturday and received an email with quotes a couple days later, and just like that we were pre-qualified. His quotes break down every cost you can expect as well as offer multiple options. For example, if you want to lower your APR you would have a higher closing cost, or you can lower your closing cost for a higher APR. When we finally decided to use Iron Harbor, we sent him everything we needed and made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. He was also responsive to text messages!
