Instead, he gained a customer for life for not trying to gouge me and do something that didn't need to be done. The carpets now look and smell great! They removed the drywall, located the failure, removed carpeting and dried and disinfected the area to a state that was ready for reconstruction. Next, Rhett, Mitch, Trevor and team came in and reconstructed the damaged area. Rhett was great and estimating and working with the insurance company when needed. He allowed us time to pick out our carpet from a wide array of samples and was helpful in the selection process.
