Josh and the team at Northface were very easy to work with! We had quite a bit of damage from the big storm last year so got a new garage door, roof, siding, and a few windows. Each step of the way was layed out clearly and Josh was always willing to help answer questions or concerns about the process. The end result looks awesome and was definitely an upgrade compared to previous work! Some parts of the process/completing the work were a little slow however this is understandable given the sudden high volume of all the people filing claims at once; I suspect every contractor was having slightly longer turn-around times. Follow-up with dealing with stingy insurance was fairly painless and Northface was able to compromise where needed with insurance to finalize things without undue stress on my end! Josh the owner, Is very professional and polite. We said down and discuss the color of what I should have for my gutters and roof shingles. I asked if he could come over and give me an opinion and a price of what he recommended. He gave me options and I did not feel pressured. He checked on his contractors throughout the process and checked on me throughout the whole process as well. There was no nails laying around nothing was destroyed and the whole process was very painless. Josh came out and look things over in fact he told me even though my roof had a lost a few shingles in the wind he could just repair it if I like. We contacted Northface to have out roof inspected after our neighbor told us there had been a hailstorm when we were out of town. They were out, showed us the damage, explained the process and pretty much took over. They worked with our insurance company directly and we are very pleased with the results.
