I have been using Billy for the last few years. His rates matched the quality of service. Not…read moreperfect, but wasn't paying for perfect. This year, his rates increased by over 14% for weekly service and 25% for spring cleaning. I received the first bill on a Sunday night and immediately responded, asking if the level of service and attention to detail would increase to match the rates. He was also billing me for weeks that he wasn't at the property. The next morning, Billy left a voicemail, and before I got a chance to listen (less than 1 hour on a Monday morning), I got a text message calling me an ASSHOLE and telling me to find a new company. Yes, you read that right, for questioning a large increase in his rates, he calls me an Asshole without ever speaking to each other. We have since discovered that Billy is not licensed, registered, or insured in Minnesota. What you can expect with Billy's service is long grass that seeds in between weekly cuts, spotty trimming, and minimal consistency (Both in days the work is completed and quality of work)
