This was my…read moresecond bridal shop, and my first experience elsewhere was terrible -- I felt rushed and kept being asked "what do you want?" instead of being guided and helped to figure it out. Wedding dress shopping can be stressful, and the Bella Lily team truly understood that. They did an AMAZING job pulling dresses for me and were so patient and kind. They helped me try multiple styles and fabrics so I could really discover what I loved. I found my perfect dress and, as a chronic second-guesser, was able to confidently say yes!!! They even had the cutest drinks to celebrate (including non-alcoholic options since I don't drink!), which made the day feel extra special. Best day ever -- thank you for making me feel so beautiful! P.S. I live out of state, and as an added bonus they wrapped my dress extra carefully to keep it safe for travel. Go here!!

I can't recommend Luv Bridal enough!!…read more I had been to two other bridal salons before coming here, and while they were nice, something just wasn't clicking. Walking into Luv Bridal immediately felt different. The studio is beautiful, welcoming, and made what can be an overwhelming experience feel so relaxed and exciting. Liliana was truly incredible. She listened to everything I was looking for, paid attention to the little details I mentioned, and never once made me feel pressured. She let me take my time, gave honest feedback when I asked for it, and made me feel so supported through the entire appointment. The best part? She found my dress. I was completely shocked because it wasn't something I would have picked on my own, but somehow she saw exactly what I was trying to describe. The moment I put it on, I knew. I'm absolutely obsessed with it. Dress shopping is such a big moment, and Liliana made it one I'll always remember. Thank you for making me feel heard, cared for, and genuinely excited throughout the entire experience. I left feeling so confident that I found my dress, and I couldn't be more grateful. If you're looking for your wedding dress, go to Luv Bridal and ask for Liliana. You'll be in the best hands.

While Krystal didn't have gowns that matched my exact height and style (something we had discovered in prior conversations), she went above and beyond and was still able to make my appointment special. She graciously hosted a jewelry and veil consultation just for me, and even took the time to help me search on Amazon for the perfect headpiece when she didn't have exactly what I needed in-store. Her veils are stunning--and extremely reasonably priced. To this day, I regret not purchasing one during my visit! I fully plan to return to buy my dream veil from her and take another round of photos, just for fun. If you're looking for a truly personal, one-on-one bridal experience with someone who genuinely cares, Krystal's boutique is the place to go.

Disappointing Experience I'm very disappointed with how my…read moreoverall experience at Brilliant Bridal turned out. When I arrived and began working with my stylist, whose name I'll keep private because I have no desire to get anyone in trouble or see anyone reprimanded, I explained that my wedding is this coming October. After narrowing my options down to two dresses, I was very clear that I would only choose the dress I ultimately purchased if the alterations I envisioned could actually be executed. Those alterations were a major factor in my confidence and comfort with the dress, and I was reassured in a way that left me under the impression that Brilliant Bridal either handled the alterations or had a clear process for ensuring they could be done. Unfortunately, it wasn't until after the manager had secured my payment that I was given a paper recommending places I would need to contact myself to determine whether they could bring my vision to life. I also wasn't made aware of the no-return policy during the purchasing process. I only discovered it afterward when I checked my email and saw the policy at the bottom of my receipt. What has made this experience even more stressful is speaking with a seamstress afterward. She explained that the alteration might be fairly easy as long as it doesn't shift the cups too far toward the center, and that another possibility could be covering the modesty panel with beading or lace. However, she also made an important point: after four decades in the industry, she has learned that stylists aren't seamstresses, and what a stylist believes will be an "easy fix" isn't always what they imagine. She said she could take a look, pin the dress, and determine how much everything shifts--but that the cups will definitely shift, and the question is simply how far. Hearing that has significantly increased my anxiety. What should have been an exciting experience of finding my wedding dress has instead left me questioning whether the alterations I specifically discussed before purchasing are actually achievable. I understand that stylists may not be professional seamstresses and that alterations ultimately need to be assessed by someone qualified to perform them. My frustration is that I was making my purchase based on specific assurances about something that was extremely important to me, only to discover after payment that I would have to independently find someone who could determine whether those changes were even possible. At this point, I can't help but feel that I was given enough reassurance to feel comfortable making the purchase, only to be left with the uncertainty afterward. That has made the entire experience feel less like I was being helped find the right dress and more like I was being reassured just enough to secure the sale. I truly wish the process had been more transparent from the beginning. If I had been clearly told before paying that Brilliant Bridal does not handle alterations and that the changes I envisioned were not guaranteed to be possible, I could have made a much more informed decision. Instead, I'm now left with a wedding dress, a no-return policy I only discovered afterward, and significant anxiety about whether the dress I purchased can actually be altered into what I was told was possible.

I ordered from Monique at Cleo and Clementine via Etsy…read more You would not believe the lengths Monique went to in order to make sure I had the perfect veil for my special day. First of all, I was on a very tight time line because we decided to elope in weeks. I jumped on Etsy and ordered what I thought would be the perfect veil with enough time to receive the item. But, when the veil arrived the shade of rose gold did not match my dress. I quickly notified Monique and asked what I should do. She immediately told me she could help me. She calmly explained she had a new color that might work and she could dye a new veil and add the metallic flakes and get it mailed before my date. The date I notified her was 6 days from my wedding date. She made it happen. The veil arrived the day of the ceremony before noon as promised and was absolutely perfect. I not only highly recommend the product but I recommend the business. Thank you Cleo and Clementine!

But then I found a photo on Pinterest of a bride with an incredibly thin black veil in the sheerest, most delicate tulle I've ever seen, and I adored it. I miraculously tracked it down as having been made by Cleo & Clementine, so I reached out to them and asked them about the possibility of making one for me. I actually assumed it would be way more expensive than it was, but the price (~$300 for cathedral length) was within my range. They worked with me via email to create my custom order, and it finally arrived tonight! My dress is also being custom made, so I don't have it yet, and therefore don't have any way of knowing how the veil with look paired with my dress. I imagine, though, that it will be perfect. It's the exact fabric I asked for, and I can't wait to see the end result. I'll definitely return to post photos after my wedding day!
